Very true, nobody would have thunk it. 😎 Hii kesi imeibua hisia nyingi na imekuwa ikioneshwa live kwenye Tv. Huyo jamaa yake Jowie ni mercenary wa kweli na amefanya kazi hiyo ya shady 'security' hadi kule uarabuni. Imekula kwake Jackie Maribe. I think she was just caught up in her lover's sh#t, too bad.
 
Her neighbour turned into a state witness, whatever it is he revealed to the investigators could be the reason for confirmation of charges against her.
I hope and pray she doesn't turn out guilty. But I can't say the same for that badass co-accused with her.

What a neighbour, who loaned the bugger his gun, from time to time, to use it as he deemed fit. Now he is the snake in the grass. This is the perfect script for a badass movie.

There are times investigators are forced to bargain in order to close a case, happens everywhere, even in mafioso world some smaller fishes are allowed to swim free as long they will help by becoming baits to lure the sharks.
This badass guy might have gone scotfree had everybody stuck to their alibi.

But boy they look suspicious....from their body language and the way they’ve been behaving/ acting in court.

They seem kinda weird to me....

Those charges can be reduced at any point during the entire process.

Sometimes prosecutors use prosecutorial tactics of ‘overcharging’ in order to induce a plea or cooperation from a defendant.

If they have it in Kenya, Jacque could cooperate with the prosecution in exchange for a reduced penalty if she can provide more information on who actually committed the homicide.
