mkuu VOR ... kuna mtu nimempigia atawasilisha kwa supervisor wao aje hapa jamvini .... lakini nasikia CEO aliuliza staff kwamba kuna tatizo gani la highlife club sasa hivi
Nice one hawa jamaa inabidi wajue kwamba mteja ni mfalme..., wasipoangalia watabaki wenyewe.

Also Customer Care yao its one of the worse... kila mtu anatoa jibu anavyojisikia and they dont even know what they are talking about

Please kama huyo jamaa angetoa time ingekuwa bora..., ili nihakikishe na mimi nipo..., lakini kwa uzoefu wangu hata huyo jamaa atatoa jibu rahisi kwamba tutashughulikia shida zenu na tutapeleka kwa wahusika...

Mimi kwa kweli nawapa ultimultum..., kama nikishindwa kuweka Highlife leo itakapoexpire I will be migrating to Airtel
 
Hawa Zantel wana itikadi ya kibiashara ya "nakioze", kwa maana hata kama kitaoza dukani lakini wanang'ang'ania faida kubwa wakati hawajui kuwa soko la ushindani halitaki hivyo. Bado wamelala, siku wakiamka watakutia wateja hawapo. Wakumbuke kuwa soko lao kubwa kwa TZ liko bara kuliko visiwani.

Those guys wa makampuni ya simu hawana creativity kabisa, lottery zote mnazoziona ni creativity za wahindi ndo wanapiga deals za kuwaweka mjini. Yaani watu wa commercial & marketing wa makampuni ya simu ni wapo after 10%, lakini ukikaa nao mezani kwenye dialogue related na fani zao...ni upupu mtupu. Hao hata ulalamike vp ni ngumu kuwa given the attention ya care ya maana, ninao uzoefu nao coz nimekuwa ndani ya systems za makampuni ya simu for years.
 

Nimetoka sasa hivi kununua moderm ya airtel TZS 60,000 na offer ya 3GB for a week....nimeachana na Zantel
 

This is more than shutuma. Kuna rafiki yangu ameongea na well placed source huko zantel, amenidokezea kwamba hawa ndugu hhawatabadilisha uamuzi haraka kiasi hicho....dawa yao moja tu...kuanzia kesho subirini mziki wao....tcra wameshindwa kututetea sisi tunajitetea wenyewe...
 
Kuna mdau amesema kwamba kuna supervisor wao atakuja hapa jamvini kutusikiliza... although kama wewe sidhani kama majibu yake yataridhisha.. anyway my ultimatum ni leo usiku package yangu ikiisha..., nikishindwa kujaza highlife... kesho i will be another customer moving to Airtel

Sasa hivi nimeshindwa kupata huduma ya High Life for the same case. Nimejiondoa Zantel.
 
Natumia moderms ya Vodacom, haina shida yoyote kwa speed, coverage na cost. Nilishatumia ya Zantel na Airtel matatizo yake sitaki tena kuyarudia. Am now settled.

haki ya kukuondolea huduma ya highlife sababu umekwenda kinyume na
masharti na matumizi huduma hiyo ya highlife. Ndio maana kuna normal
rate za vifurushi vya internet ambapo haina haja ya kuwa mteja wa

naomba ujibu ....kabla ya kuanzisha huu utaratibu wa kutumia TSH 5,000 kwa wiki....ulikuwa unatakiwa uwe umepiga voice call ya kiasi (shillingi) ngapi ndani ya 7 days....?
 

wewe umeandika idol..... nikusaidie labda ulimaanisha idle .....

naomba nijibu..... sim card ipo idle maana yake ni nini..? kama ninapokea simu as incoming calls wewe kwa uelewa wako simu ni idle...?

Mkuu to make a long story short hapa watu wengi walijiunga zantel hili watumie 2GB kwa wiki kwa elfu 10,000/= and they dont care about calling abroad au kumpigia mtu yeyote kwenye simu... sasa hapa issue ni condition ya kuforce mtu aongee kwa 5,000/= calls which he does not want to make... Now this makes Zantel very expensive on the net ambapo for 15,000/= ukiwa airtel unapata 3gb alafu zantel ukimaliza hiyo 2gb before wiki kwisha huwezi hata kuongeza mpaka wiki inakwisha.

Sisi ni wateja na hapa hatuongelei legality ya kitu chochote na all other Z connect packages sucks..., thats why leo asubuhi I knocked on Airtel doors modem zikawa zimekwisha... kwahiyo Vodacom here I come.. na hii modem nadhani i will just throw it somewhere and forget about it

Ninapata harufu kama wewe ni mfanyakazi wa Zantel kwenye idara ya finance na masoko vile....hata na hivyo....hujaeleza chochote hapo...mimi nimeshapata ya Voda, saafi kabisa....zantel trash....
 
And Zantel should know its takes more resorces to find a new customer, than keeping an old customer and a loyal customer is priceless...

Kwahiyo since I have dumped Zantel... sijui ni nini kitanifanya nirudi.... labda waslash cost zao, sababu since nimeshanunua modem nyingine kwa gharama I feel cheated and am pissed off... hata wakirudisha ile 2gb a week kwa 10,000/= I dont think i will go back to them.
 
Nimejaribu kujiunga leo mchana ikashindikana,nimewapigia customer care na kuwaeleza kwamba wanapoteza wateja,wakigoma naenda airtel....tembo akisifiwa mgema hulitia maji!!!
