Synthentic Castrol unachange mpaka kms 10,000 ukipunguza 7,000. Siyo hizo za kms 3000, 3500.
No problem mkuu....but it is all about choice mkuu hadi km 15,000 km kama manufacturer anavosema...but know that oil mpaka inafika km 8000+ imesha breakdown sana...kumbuka oil si kilometers, but to what extent imekua subjected to heat ili ku oxidize... So unaweza tembea hata km 2000 but under heavy application oil itakubidi uitoe umwage, au unaweza tembea km 2000 kwa mwaka lakini kama hazi 2000 km ni za short distance yaan zima washa zima washa gari, basi oil hii itakubidi ndani ya miezi sita utoe kwakua itakua na gasoline contamination so ita breakdown na kutofaa kwa matumizi ya lubrication.

Pia unaweza kua na km chache lakini injini ina masaa mengi ina operate bila gari kutembea..so people dont consider this, they only consider distance gari imetembea na si muda injini imefanya kazi..my friend.

Kingine gari nyingi zinazokuja bongo zinakula oil so oil haiwezi kaa kwenye same level after 1000+km..so after unakuta km 2000 lazima uongeze oil angalua kiasi kadhaa.. lakini nini chanzo cha hili tatizo..unakuta chanzo kina rudi kwenye oil change interval..oil change interval ikiwa ndefu oil u break down na kufanya itengeneze vitu kama ukoko, huu ukoko hung'ang'ania rings za pistons (zinazo scrap oil kwenye cylinder walls) (pia oil rings za modern cars because of emissions standard na ku increase engine efficiency, zinakua low tension) sasa rings zikisha ng'ang'ania basi oil inakua haina kizuizi cha kuifanya isifike kwenye combustion chamber..so inakua burnt together with fuel kwenye combustion chamber.

So my good friend change oil after every 3000km or 3000miles kama watumia synthetic oil.

Kumbuka oil is cheaper kuliko engine.

Don't be deceived by marketing words za hizi brand mbalimbali za oil kwamba hizi oil zaenda km nyingi bila kukuambia under what conditions hizi oil zinaweza tembea umbali wote huo..,kumbuka at times utapokua unahangaika kutengeneza gari lako because of these myth za brands you will be alone, and marketing people will no be there.

Kubadili gear kama inachelewa lazima gari ile mafuta (kwa automatic car) automatic car ili ibadili gear kuna speed sensor inapima speed ya input speed na output speed sensor so sensor hufanya kazi kwa pamoja kuruhusu gearshifting na hii ni kwakua gari automatic ipo programmed ku shift gear when specific conditions za driving zikiwa met, so utakuta gari yako inachelewa ku attain hizo conditions kwa ajili ya kifanya gear shifting ifanyike...so what can be a possible cause of your problem?
1. Unaweza kuta transmission fluid imechoka so haina density ya kutengeneza pressure required for proper operations za automatic gearbox.
2. Unaweza kua na low transmission fluid level. Pima uone kama level ipo sahihi.
3. Unaweza kuta umeweka transmission fluid ambayo si recommend for your car so the car is acting up.je last service kama ulichange transmission fluid je uliweka original au ndo mambo ya kusema niliweka transmission fluid ya Castrol na sio ATF type 4 ya Toyota.
4. Unaweza kuta clutches ndani ya gearbox yako zimechoka ambapo zinashindwa ku hold friction for Power transfer to differential/wheels (yaan una experience transmission slipping) so low power response hence delayed gear shifting.
5. Pia kuna many other factors zinazoweza fanya gari ikawa inachelewa kuchange gear....issue kama tire pressure (upo wa matairi ya gari) ukiwa mdogo rotational resistance inakua kubwa hence low acceleration and delayed gear shifting ( preffer kuweka upo PSI 35 for all tires mbele na nyuma na sio 30 or below-hii pia itafanya uishaji wa tairi yako uwe even-ila angalizo tairi usilijaze sana zaidi ya psi 40 maana beyond hapo ni risk)..kingine kinachoweza fanya gari ichelewe kuchange gia na ile mafuta ni ufungaji wa matairi makubwa kuliko recommended tire size-tairi ikiwa kubwa na rim kubwa zaid ya manufacturer alivo recommend hufanya transmission system itumie nguvu ya zaida kuzungusha tairi kwakua kuna high rotational resistance hivo kufanya gari ichelewe kufikia programmed values za ku trigger gear shifting..so hapa gari ita delay kwenye gear moja kwa muda mrefu kabla ya kuhamia gear nyingine.


NB: gear shifting problems zinakua associated na gari zenye traditional/conventional automatic but kwa gari zenye CVT gear box zenyewe ni tofautu kwakua mchakato wake wa gearshifting ni tofauti na traditional ATF.

7. Kama gari yako inakuja na DSG automatic gearbox check na mafundi wa DSG gearbox wakuangalizie shida ni nini.. sometimes mechatronic husumbua.
8. Kama ni automatic ya ATF or CVT..wakati mwingine valve body (bongo wanaita valve chase) inaweza kua na uchavu so inashindwa tengeneza pressure ya kutosha kwa ajili ya gear shifting..so this can be solved by cleaning the valve body na gari inarudi vizuri..

Note: most of transmission problem chanzo huwa na matumizi ya transmission fluid either zilizo choka au transmission fluid ambazo si sahihi kwa gari hisika..good people avoid usage ya universal transmission fluid. Na kama oil prefer kununua oil sehemu reliable kama kwenye petrol station kwakua maduka mengi wanauza oil fake.

Inaonyesha hapa issue ni transmission system yako... transmission kua nyekundu sio kwamba ndo nzuri mkuu..ni PM namba yako nkupigie boss.

Naomba ushauri ninunue ENGINE OIL gani. Gharama zake unauzaje.
Kama gari haina tatizo la kula oil tafuta 5w-40 fully synthetic..ita flow vizuri during cold start na ita perform vizuri during extreme temperature. Oil hii ina range kumbwa ya ku maintain thickness kwenye range tofauti tofauti za temperature, na ina characteristics nzuri ya kuflow during cold start.

Harufu ya petrol, kwenye oil yawezekana unafanya short distance movement nyingi sana na gari yako..so frequency ya kuwasha na kuzima injini ni nyingi....(kumbuka short frequent short distance movement hufanya pia oil ichoke mapema..why? Kama nilovo kwisha sema hapo awali ni kwamba gari inapowashwa huwa ina introduce mafuta mengi sana kwenye combustion chamber kwa ajili ya kustart engine..so kwakua engine inakua cold na pia kwakua mafuta yanaingia mengi,sio mafuta yote huchomwa, mafuta mengine hupenya kwenye cylinder wall kupitia kwenye piston rings (kumba clearance ya piston ring ipo designed kutrap something thick kama oil na not gasoline/petrol) so mafuta yakipenya yanaenda kwenye sump ya oil na ku contaminate oil...so oil ikisha ku contaminated ina anza kua na harufu ya petrol, na inaenda inapunguza it's ability ya ku- maintain thickness yake under high temperature na pia rate of oxidation inakua kubwa. And yet umesema injini yako watembea rpm kubwa because transmission system yako inachelewa kuchange gear so maana yake muda mwingi injini yako inatembea ikiwa too rich (mafuta mengi) lakink pia inafanya injini kuwa na joto kubwa kwakua watembea kwenye rpm za juu, so oil ipo exposed to high temperature kwa muda mwingi, hivo oil huchoka na ku oxide mapema..na ndo maana oil Changing inatikiwa kuwa informed na matumizi ya gari yako..

Nashukuru mkuu umenipa mwanga... maana nikitoa ile stick oil iko nyepesi kama mafuta ya kura yaani inatiririka kama maji tofauti na awali ukitoa stick oil inakua tu kwenye stick...

Pia naishi kwenye baridi sana na ni kweli situmii mara kwa mara hii gari ni kuwasha na kuzima lakini nilishangaa fuel consumption yake kuwa kubwa na ni SUV ya cc 1990 tu.

Oil kwa pikipiki una change after km 1000....piki piki inaingia oil chache kama chini ya lita mbili hizo kutokana na uwingi mchache inawahi kuchoka ukizingatia inakua kwenye joto kali ambalo halipo controlled kama la gari so inachoka fasta, lakini pia kunguza wear and tear ya cylinder block ambayo kwa pikipiki ni ya aluminum na si cast iron kama gari so cylinder block ipo delicate kidogo,sasa kwakua oil apart from lubrication na cooling, inafanya kazi kama cleaning agent wa kuchukua small metal shavings zinazokua shaved between moving parts na kuzipeka kwenye filters zikawe filtered na zisiendelee kwenye mzunguko wa injini ili kuprotect injini (hapa kwenye injini ya gari unakuta kwenye sump ya oil wameweka sumaku kunasa ule uchafu wa matal shavings apart from oil filter) sasa pikipiki kwakua ina block ya aluminum kusagika ni faster endapo tu kwenye oil kutakua na too much debris, so ndo maana oil kwa pikipiki inabadilishwa after very few kilometers..asante mkuu.
