CAN I PAINT MY DISH?

I have recently bought a second hand 8ft dish. It is still ok, but the inside of the plate has some rusting.

I was wondering if it's ok to paint it as a way of stopping further rusting.

Any experience please?

Yes you can. I spray-painted mine black eons ago. Still works great.

it is also good to mention that one should Use a Flat paint, that's dull, like a cream color. Do NOT use anything shiny or reflective.
