You are talking of LAN my friend which is not the case here. I'm talking about public IP address... You can have 50 devices in an office each with its own unique private IP address but once any of those devices needs to access the internet, they can all use 1 single public IP address... These kiems kits use Safaricom SIM cards.. I bet you not all sim card accessing the internet have unique IP address, that would be a waste of IPv4 protocol, if the internet worked like that we would have run out of IPv4 addresses back in 1998.

Anyways, naona hapo gumzo limegeuka kwa serial numbers.... thats a whole other issue different from 'using the same IP address'

First of all KIEMS device can not use all IPv4 IP addresses available in the Network(IP addresses za IEBC zinatumia 10...1 IPs). I've real experience ya devices Ambazo zinatumia Safaricom, hata Safaricom ikitoa SIM cards 2M kwa ajili ya Kiems kits hazitajaa.

Second inaonekana hujui namna Data is communicated between a client and server, all clients connecting to a server should be uniquely identifiable, this is too simple to understand (each client have its different resources needs and what they will do), imagine Safaricom iwape wateja wawili namba za simu ambazo zinafana...

The fact that you keep on insisting on this shows just how little you know about networking and NAT....
10.x are part of Class A private IP addreses... From 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 i.e These are not routable addresses, they cannot be used to access the internet... So hapo tayari ushauma nje!
Safaricom did not allocate IEBC 46,000 unique IP public routable addresses, that would be ludicrous...


Public IP addresses using NAT work using Port forwarding...I.e different computers using the same router as the gateway might use the same ip address but each request is made through a unique port number and when the server is replying the reply would come to the same IP but through the same port thus find itself going to the same computer that made the tcp request because of the port number.

See the NAT table below, each device on the left has a unique Private IP address but they all use the same public IP address but each request from a different computer has a unique random port number after the ':' This is how the internet and IPv4 works and this is how a server would differentiate one computer/request from another using the port/socket number even though the requests come from the same IP address. Its also how a single web browser is able to fetch multiple pages at the same time bcoz each request from the same IP is assigned a random and unique port number

So as far as the internet is concerned in this ☝🏾 figure, there is only 1 unique Public IP address which is 200.1.1.45
