Kuna watu wanaboa humu.Kwa watu walio katika market ya kimataifa hii apartment ni underwhelming.
1. It is very basic by international standards.
It does not appear to be spacious. What is the size?
2. It is on a par with some apartments in the vicinity of some major cities (take Miami Florida for exampke), where there are more amenities (swimming pools, gyms etc)and services. If you watch shows like "House Hunters" or its International vwrsionyou will know what I am saying.
One can get a three floors condo or townhouse, around 2,500 sq ft, just outside of Philadelphia for just about that much.
3. The Tanzanian economy and governmental outlook on trade/ real estate is neither stable nor clear. Things go by whims and fits.
4. Real Estate prices are bound to fall further, if one is not in a hurry, one could wait.
5.I do realize not everyone is interested in the international market or has access to it, and some peoole are more interested in the domestic market. I am just pointing out a cimparison and equating value for money.
6. The location is the most attractive part if this deal. One could even make this an AirBnB or rent it out to international clients doing business in downtown Dar, who do want to have a hime like environment rather than a hotel.
7. The furniture is rather basic, it could be better than that.
8. The interior can use a bit if decoration. Perhaps that is keft for the owners touch.
9.Genuine questiin. Are there fire brigade trucks with equipment to extinguish a fire on the 10th floor in Dar?
10. The exact location would be nice.

Julius Magaymbe, naona una compare apartment in a high rise building, in the center of the capital overlooking the sea, and within walking distance to the State House na hizo condos in the neck of the woods of Lord knows where? Nenda Manhattan, DC au LA halafu tafuta bei ya similarly sized apartments right in the city center, na kama ni DC, preferably close to the White House. Hata Luanda, Angola has the unenviable title of being the most expensive city in the world as far as real estate prices. This is what $300,000.00+ will get you in the burbs...
Brand spanking new townhome, three floors, two-car garage, swimming pool in the subdivision, gym, etc.
More value for money, in my opinion.
