That road does not cross counties you fool. Its wholly in Turkana County. Kainuk is in Turkana County, Nadapal is in Turkana county. The road connects Kainuk to Nadapal. You guys are very foolish, yani hata kitu unaweza confirm kwa google maps kabla upost ndio usijiaibishe unapost tu. No wonder Teargas hukuita Baboon.
