Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[Nicxie]

Kwahiyo ni chumba kimoja kimoja kumbe 🤣🤣🤣.. swali ni je , kwahiyo gorofa zote hizo, zimejengwa studio tu.? 🤣🤣🤣 sasa nimeanza kuelewa.

This project has bedsiters, one bedroom and two bedroom houses. Kuna blocks that consists only of bedsitters (like the plan posted above). Kuna blocks za one bedroom then Kuna zile za two bedrooms only.
Sijui mnawashwa na nini Mibongolala

[Gwakagwaka]

I counted 42. Here is the floor plan of the nuilding.

Each floor has 12 units.
Each building has 13 floors.
Each building has 156 units
Meaning the place in the photo alone has 6552 units and that's not even the whole project.

[Nicxie]

Mbilikimo Mkora, there was a time you shared a photo of yourself on your house here and it was a single room not even a bedsitter. Point to note, these are not dream houses for people. These are affordable housing designed for the lowest financial class currently residing in slums. Anyway, if anything I saw in Dar is to go by, these houses are still better than 80% of anything Dar offers.

And still the plan you posted ni ya blocks za bedsitters only. What he doesn't know is that Kuna blocks za one bedroom only then kule za two bedrooms only. Yani hizi projects za AFP zinawauma sana hawa vilaza

Don't you know how to read bongolala?

Nyumba za two bedrooms ni 48 blocks. Za one bedroom ni 14 blocks na zile za bedsitters ni 26 blocks, making a total of 88 apartment blocks. Yani majumba 88 za ghorofa

Sasa unapingani na sisi wenyeji wa Nairobi wakati wewe unaishi Tandale uswazini miles away!

Just a slum hovel, congested with stinking goons trying to upgrade to a concrete jungle.

Kiingereza hakipunguzi makali ya umaskini wenu. Eti bedsitter!!

Why are you so obsessed with another man's manhood?

Umesahau tulileta data hapa proving that it's Tanzania that has more uncircumcised men than Kenya? It's even stupid to start engaging in such talks coz it's a private affair. Wewe hapa if we asked you to prove kama umetahiriwa will you prove it? Stop being delusional

Kwani c takwimu hzo hzo zinazosema Kenya ina GDP kubwa kuliko Tz? Je, wewe unaamini? Si takwimu hzo hzo zinazosema Kenya ina GDP kubwa kuliko North Korea? Je, wewe unaamini? Yani takwimu ziseme watanzania wengi ni uncircumcised kuliko wakenya na bado uamini wkt humu tu ushahidi upo wazi, kati ya wakenya mliopo humu 99% hamjatahiriwa including you. Kuhusu mm, nilitahiriwa nikiwa kijana mdogo, kama ningekuwa sijatahiri ningetetea magovinda kama wewe.
