Where are the rest of the floors? 😂 😂
In Kenya we build these huts in small towns.
Nairobi inaendelea kua a very big hub for business in Africa. Foreigners ni wengi sana. Hapa SSA sidhani kuna any other city after Joburg yenye ina attract foreigners wengi kuliko. Nairobi.

First of all, what you call 'luxury' in Dar is below average in Nairobi.
Dar level of luxury is sprinkled all over Kisumu, Nakuru, and numerous coastal tourist towns.
This is the true meaning of luxury. Outside South Africa, only Nairobi has this kind of luxurious residential apartment properties in all of sub-Saharan Africa.
All of these at various stages of completion. Many more I left out.

Ndio ni wapumbavu kuzuia flights kutua Mombasa! Mombasa is made to suffer for no reason by forcing tourists to land in Nairobi n lodge in those empty hotels!
The good thing Zanzibar is the main beneficiary of all that happening to Mombasa n the whole coastal tourism in Kenya!
Zanzibar is already having more 5 n 4 star facilities than any destination in east and central Africa!
