Hata tukiwa 6th economy lakini tunaishi vizuri hakuna shida. No njaa, no water woes, no slums, no shoddy transportation, no mediocre football league, no dirty streets. we don't eat economic position we eat real tangible food.

Bro you are better than that. Show me an nssf deduction breakdown for each pay group in Tanzania . Simple, I can’t take your word for it, or Kasongo’s for that matter- especially the way yu guys like validation from kenyans so much mnaeza frame hio quote kwa ukuta😅

NSSF deduction in TZ is 10% from basic salary and employer adds up on top of that 10% so in total you have 20% of your basic salary as pension. Nyie Ksh 200 tuu mnatoa milio kama yote.

Na bado NSSF built Kigamboni bridge at a cost of USD 135 million, bado other real estate projects across the country na hiyo ya hapo upper hill.

It seems you have arrived at a conclusion on Dar not attracting private investors based on building construction alone. Well, we have many other sectors that attracts private investors we are building the foundation for a modern resilient economy that fires on all cylinders we don't focus on buildings alone.
