NSSF deduction in TZ is 10% from basic salary and employer adds up on top of that 10% so in total you have 20% of your basic salary as pension. Nyie Ksh 200 tuu mnatoa milio kama yote.

TCRA, PSSF PSPF NHC NSSF blah blah, it seems there is no private sector (seriously ) interested in heavy investment in Dar, now it’s up- to government to build because well they have no choice, though it seems now they are also running to Kenya😅
