Kumbe ports zenu ziko outdated namna hiyo!? Unafanya customs verification kwa mzigo ambao ni wa Transit for what? Unajua dhumuni la kufanya customs verification ni nini!?

Hizo container za Transit huwa zinapita kwenye scanners tu. Hakuna haja ya kufungua seal za container maana documents za mteja zina onesha seal number. Sasa unakata seals then mteja unamuwekea seals gani hapo tena!?

Hapa bongo tumeanza kutengeneza hizo risasi na light weapons toka 1970s pale Morogoro. Sasa hivi tuko kwenye missiles na milipuko mikubwa. RPG na makombora ya kutosha yapo pale.

Na ubora wa risasi za Moro unajulikana kwa M23 ile battle ya FIB chini ya Gen mwaki...
