Changing from refurbished Chinese diesel trains is much more unreasonable.

Kenyans have a very pedestrian thinking to infrastructure. They have no idea why planning is a key part of the construction process but only think about how to steal money and build substandard stuff. They are even more excited by blink and dysfunctional stuff like what they have in their noisy unsafe buses!!

They are arguing here yet they didn't do any feasibility for their shittty white elephant rail and train stations which xi ping call a vanity project which they'll no longer pour Chinese hard earned cash.
