Na hata uwe introvert au Extrovert tunatumia muda mwingi kuongea wenyewe.
Hizo aina za maongezi ambayo tunakuwa tunaongea wenyewe yana madhara (both +ve and -ve ) katika ubora wa maisha yetu.
Hapa inategemea na aina ya lugha tunayotumia "kujielezea" sisi wenyewe. Kama tukiwa tunajizungumzia mambo yaliyo positive inakuwa inaboresha mood, confidence , furaha na kufanikiwa katika maisha.
Kama tutakuwa tunajizungumzia mambo Negative madhara yako ni kutufanya tujione sisi ni helpless. Katatizo kadogo unaweza kuliona ni kubwa au hata kuongeza matatizo.
Hivo ni bora kutumia lugha sahihi to improve your life.
Fikiria ni mara ngapi umewaza " self talk" like, I am stupid, I always messed things up, My life is over etc.
