Preta wazungu wajanja.Ndege kutua heathrow kuna standard zao..kama ndege ni used kama air-Tanzania ambazo hata service ni kusuasua hairuhusiwi kutua maana wanahofia kulipuka..Labda tuwe na ndege za kueleweka ndo kitu kitatua kwa bibi.
Aisee natamani sana siku nione kitu cha air-Tanzania huku japokuwa ndo hivyo nchi inanufaisha wachache tu.Kenya airways zimejaa balaa zinaenda almost everywhere in the world.

Hivi ni kwa nini haya mashirika makubwa yamekuwa yakiondoka Tanzania??walianza wajerumani(Lufthansa),wakaja Warusi(Aeroflot),wakaja Waitaliano(Alitalia)...Lakini haya mashirika ukienda Kenya utayakuta pale Nairobi.

Dah wabongo kwa misosi tunawezwa kutekwa kwa sababu tu ya menu..vigezo vingine pembeni msosi kwanza!!

Nigeria wana population zaidi ya mara tano ya Tanzania.

Nigerians make the biggest African population in London and whole of Uk, so that shouldn't come as a surprise.

Hata Wakenya traditionally wanasafiri zaidi ya Watanzania kwenda UK and elsewhere outside their home country.

As far as I'm concerned, quality of service vs value for money kati ya BA na Emirates hazi tofautini sana.

Emirates wanaweza kuwa na ndege mpya zaidi, lakini gharama zao za tiketi kwenda Dar es Salaam ni juu ukilinganisha na BA.

BA wanachaji dola 60 kwa sanduku la pili la kilo 23, wakati Emirates wanaruhusu masanduku mawili ya kilo 23 bure kwa gharama unayolipia tiketi, lakini at end of the day ukipiga mahesabu utagundua kuwa gharama za BA na Emirates ni almost equivalent haswa kwa wale Wasafiri waliozoea kusafiri na masanduku mawili kama wale wanaotokea USA na Canada.

Tatizo lingine na BA ni kwamba Wasafiri wao kutoka USA na Canada kwa kawaida wanakuwa na layover time ya hadi masaa 12 kutoka London Heathrow, kitu ambacho Emirates watakuwa wamejaribu kudili nalo, lakini sidhani itasaidia sana, maana sanasana wanaweza kukutoa mapema London Heathrow, lakini utaishia kutumia muda wako wa kusubiri ukiwa angani kwenda Dubai na baadaye mara baada ya ndege kutua Dubai utakaa pale masaa kadhaa huku ukisubiri connection flight ya kwenda Dar, ambayo kwa sasa ni moja tu kwa siku.

unaweza kutubandikia utafiti wako hapa na kuonesha/kuthibitisha ulichonena hapo juu?

Unamaanisha waislam wa mombasa hawajaanza mgomo, by theway unafaham kwamba waengereza wanaruka mojakwamoja hadi mombasa kama ndivyo hebu fafanua!

Halafu why make such a big deal kuhusu umri wa cabin crew?

Unapanda ndege ili ufike destination yako, au unakuwa na mipango ya ku-make a pass at some cabin crew along the way?

Kama ni chaguo kati ya chicken au beef au kati ya soda na bia, utahudumiwa more or less with the same level of respect kwenye BA na Emirates bila kujali umri wa cabin crew.

Once again, Qatar flies higher than the others.

Qatar Airways has flown away with the title of World's Best Airline for the second consecutive year.
It took the Airline of the Year prize in Skytrax's annual World Airline Awards, announced at theFarnborough International Airshow in England.
South Korea's Asiana Airlines and Singapore Airlines followed in second and third place.
Air New Zealand and Qantas Airways fell out of the top 10 -- spots they won last year -- while ANA All Nippon Airways and Malaysia Airlines made their top 10 debuts.
The top 10 was dominated by airlines from Asia and the Middle East.
Skytrax collected opinions from 18 million international fliers between July 2011 and June 2012 on different aspects of airline passenger experience -- from check-in to in-flight entertainment.
Etihad Airways won Best First Class Airline, taking home the Best First Class Catering and Best First Class Seat awards too.
Cathay Pacific has the Best Business Class while Singapore Airlines won the Best Economy Class award, and also the Best Economy Class Catering award.
The Best Airline Signature Dish and Best Cabin Staff went to Malaysia Airlines. The Kuala Lumpur-based carrier serves delicious satay chicken and beef sticks onboard.

Negative - the interior of the B777 on the outbound leg was showing its age and the IFE system was prehistoric which, considering it was a 9 hour daytime flight, was very unsatisfactory - B747 on the return leg was better but not by much - food variable between satisfactory and mediocre. I'm not convinced Premium Economy is worth the money for what is essentially just a couple of inches of extra space but, as I'm 6' 3" it's either that or total discomfort in Economy. Nothing to do with BA but having to wait in line for 2 hours to get through passport control in Miami is not an experience I want to repeat.

[TD="width: 520"]LHR-HND on 22 Dec 2012 on 777-200 return to BA Club World after 7 years to utter dismay. I am a Skywards gold member and chose BA because of the direct flight. Firstly the flight was 1.5 hrs delayed to 9.30am. On board the seats were narrow, compare having 8 seats across on this aircraft to 4 across on Emirates A380. Did not bother to switch on the small TV. Two meals were served on this 10+ hr flight. The only plus point was the professional cabin crew and the pilots. Return NRT-LHR 27 Dec on 777-300 with at least one member of the Club World cabin crew very rude.

SYD-LHR return Economy Dec 2012/Jan2013. Could not choose seats or check in online. Qantas Club not recognised at BA Lounge. Some partnership/codeshare. No wonder Qantas have dumped BA. Ageing 747-400. Surly service in the main. Dreadful food. Will not be flying Long haul with BA again.
