bado hana ujeuri huo. tunaweka issue mezani tunapiga negotiation bila 10pc wala nini. then win win situation.

Tangu DAR to DOM. Kimbembe. Toka Makutupora hadi TBR. JPM ameanza kukusanya pesa zake, anapatikana nchi ya kutoa bil 7.5 USD. Pesa za kuweza kujenga SGR kigoma mwanza. Kigali / Bujumbura. TUSHANGILIE

The first 600 km the money came from our pocket! Nowhere did we say we will build all the 2500 km by our cash! Unless u have a proof for ur statement I call ur post a disbelief that the same Chinos r availing us a soft loan to us while they charged u the whole hand n leg!

Dude so when Exim bank gives kenya a loan you say tumeliwa, but when tge same bank gives you the loan you call it a soft loan?!
Plus where is the first 600 km you are talking about... And please tell me how much it's total cost should be coz that's way too much money. $7.6 billion is already 16% of your GDP plus you're telling me there's more...

Fool what r u trying to argue? Soft loan can be meaning terms n conditions r flexible also interest rates r lower. Huu wivu wenu unashangaza! Sasa unabisha kwamba km 600 tayari Fedha ipo? Au pia kuna km 2500 in total need to be built?

this is a crazy bitch,he is pulling 600 from his arse😀

Tutajenga kwa pesa zetu za ndani........... kwani how manufacturers loans are these people getting?
