Corona is a Mission but failed in Tanzania

In fact Tanzania is leading while others are following behind including WHO.
Most countries ara unlocking their countries despite the fact that the daily infections and deaths due to covid 19 are still high. For example yesterday new COVID 19 cases in the USA were 27,000 while deaths due to covid 19 were about 1,700!! Still under those circumstances they have started unlocking their country. The same applied to Russia, India, UK, etc.
As a matter of fact, what prompted worldwide lockdown without taking into consideration the actual social-economic aspects of individual countries was panic!! Leaders just effected copy and paste way of actions!! As a result unnecessary damage to economies have been inflicted! What a mess!!
Listen to what Magufuli was confidently speaking and later WHO followed the way!!
