HAhahaha, first of all, that dashboard being shown there is 1970's design, where screens are hardwired and non-adjustable like the one in old power plant command center, Now a days you just have screens interconnected and server room somewhere else leaving more space for free airflow and also the big screen at the front ensures greater coordination of activities and also allows you to see whats happening on the whole train network ..... While your set-up obstructs the user so every worker can only see his dashboard and whats happening in his section of thee rail that he has control over..Look at the counter displayboard! Then compare to this

Yapi Merkezi chooses Frauscher for track vacancy detection
The Tanzania Railway Corporation has commissioned the Turkish company Yapi Merkezi to implement a new railway line in the African country.
The first of a total of five sections will cover some 205 kilometres. From Dar Es Salaam on the coast to Morogoro.
Yapi chose the Frauscher Advanced Counter FAdC and the Wheel Sensor RSR180 for the planning of the track vacancy detection system.
The contract was signed in early October 2018 by Michael Thiel, CEO Frauscher Sensor Technology, and Orze Arioglu, CEO Yapi Merkezi Global Construction Group.
In total, around 450 counting heads will be installed on the first two construction phases alone.
The modularity and flexible interfaces of the FAdC allow Yapi the greatest possible independence in infrastructure design.
The axle counter can be easily and quickly integrated into various interlockings. The RSR180 has already proven its reliability in various markets around the globe.

Do you even know what Open Interface Software means, or are you just mentioning things now. Most Softwares these days are created in components/modules and can easily be integrated with other technologies through API's.. For example Huawei are the ones that set up the signalling system for Kenya's SGR, the same Huawei is also replacing some signalling components of the German railway system including the GSM-R technology which has to be compatible with ETCS equipment and softwares...Open interface software is 1970s technology?
