Hivi unajua SGR ya Kenya ilianza 1975 enzi za Moi? Unajua Kuna feasibility study ngapi zimefanywa kwa ujenzi wa SGR Kenya, ambapo feasibility ilikua inafanywa alafu pesa za ujenzi zinakosekana. Kaka, usilete ushabiki hapa, Watz niwajuavyo nikianza kukuletea ushahidi utakimbia hapa si kitambo.

Hebu sasa anza kuongea kuhusu hilo la kujifunza kutoka kwenu, WB ilishasema hakuna any economic sense ya kujenga SGR hapa EAC... Si unaelewa maana ya "Feasibility study"? ni kufanya utafiti kuangalia kama project iko viable na ita make economic sense... WB ilisema hadi tuwe na uwezo wa kubeba angalau 20-55 million tonnes kwa reli, hakuna haja ya kujenga SGR.... Tanzania mnajenga SGR ya capacity ya 19 Million tonnes, Bandari yenu ya DAR nayo mwaka jana ilishindwa kufikisha 20 million tonnes, Kumbuka mjiii wa Dar unachukua karibia 35%-50% ya hio mizigo kwahivyo haihitaji kusafirishwa na SGR... Alafu kumbuka si mizigo yote itabebwa na SGR, hata kule Europe, ni asilimia 21% pekee ya mizigo hubebwa na reli, hio nyengine bado hubebwa na malori...

Sasa twende kwa hii Feasibility Study iliolipiwa na Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda....






Hio ripoti nayo ilionyesha , best case scenario, by 2030 Kenya inaweza kufikisha tani millioni tisa (9 million tonnes) kwa mwaka..... Best case ya Tanzania Central corridor ni 5 miliion tonnes..... Hii ni mizigo inaweza kubebwa na upgraded meter gauge railway, kwahivyo ilikua hakuna haja ya kujenga reli mpya .... Kumbuka hii ni feasibility iliofanywa kwa niaba ya EAC. lakini bado ilisema hakuna haja ya SGR.

Alafu baadae mkatoa hela kivyenu na kulipa kampuni nyengine iwafanyie feasibility study na ikapata kwamba eti project ya SGR iko feasible sasa....... hio si ni kudanganyana tu au ni nini??? Iko wapi hio feasibility report yenu??? Si uiweke hapa tujisomee tuone walitumia hesabu gani hadi SGR ikakua feasible! Toa hio ripoti hapa nihame JF kwa miezi miwili!
Alafu wewe unakuja hapa na kuanza kutuhubiria kwamba eti tuna ya kujifunza kutoka kwenu! WTF!!!!! Tulia hapo reli yenu imalizwe ianze kufanya kazi tuone mkipata mafaida kupindukia... alafu hapo ndo uje utufundishe jinsi ya kuendesha bishara ya reli......

Ni sawa station za katikati ni ndogo kwa sasa zitakidhi mahitaji ya maeneo husika,hatunaga show off za kijinga jinga tunaangalia economic viability,nyie mmejenga station kubwa porini zinaoza tu huku zikiwagharimu pesa nyingi za kuzimaintain pasipo na faida yoyote,stupid....sie mdogo mdogo tu ikifika wakati wa kujenga station kubwa kwny maeneo hayo tutajenga tu tena zakwetu zitakuwa bora na zakisasa kuliko hata hizo zakwenu,haya majengo ya sasa tutayapangia kazi zingine mbona simple tu. Ardhi tunayo uwezo tunao,we stay focused kurupu kurupu,shobo kama za kwenu hatunaga sie.
