Few days back, we heard about DRC, Burundi signing an SGR deal with Tanzania... now this comes of Mwanza to Isaka..it does not take a genius to understand that Tanzania are going to sign the deal with uganda sooner rather than later.

I declare officially that SGR in Kenya is completely white elephant.
