Here's the thing my friend. The first phase of any trial is that of safety. Usually, it involves a very small group of people. However, for covid 19, many people volunteered in every phase. it was like the mobilization of the war effort. So there was enthusiasm in the general population to participate in the trials too. Additionally, safety is monitored throughout the life cycle of the vaccine. For example in phase 3 of Moderna trial, more than 30,000 people participated. This was unprecedented in terms of efficacy and safety. Now that the vaccine has been rolled out, the pool has more than 1 million recipients.

Thanks for your kind words. If it wasn't covid-19, he would have died from other disease. So I understand the reality of death. We can't escape it. However, I think our politicians have used their positions to curtail the participation of our medical professionals in this area. Politicians pick what it suit them, but ignore what it doesn't.

Halafu kuna wanosema Chloroquine na Ivermectin, bila kujua zinatengenezwa na wazungu

Watanzania tuna tatizo katika elimu. Mfumo wetu wa elimu hauruhusu kufikiri na ni rahisi sana kuwa manipulated .

I think SAR and Covid 19 are caused by types of viruses that in the same group. So in term of the research, researchers were ahead of the curve. The have worked in SAR for many years and the building blocks are already there. Besides, the use of modern technologies such as gene sequencing has taken the discovery of drugs into new heights. Therefore, those who are skeptical about the vaccine need to come up with very convincing arguments. Otherwise, they look fools.

The other aspect of the leading vaccines are the composition of the research teams. For example, in the Moderna team, one of the leading researchers is black America, Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett. The pfizer vaccine was researched in German by German couple who has Turkish and Muslim backgrounds. The trial of pfizer in the US was lead by a Nigerian Dr at Yale. You can't get better than this. Additionally, you have Russian and Chinese vaccines in the pipeline.

In Africa you have Nigerian and South African teams doing gene sequencing and run some trials. The question is what Tanzanians bring to the table? Nyungu?

Chanjo ya Covid-19 uharakishaji wake ndio unatia mashaka (NB SA mzigo mzima wa chanjo umekataliwa), vile vile kumekuwa na campaign kubwa hata kabla ya huu ugonjwa kusambaa. Unakumbuka Afrika waliambiwa kwamba watakuwa wanaokota mizoga barabarani?

Serikali ya Tanzania ina takwimu, sema kwamba hawataki ku-share na WHO/Foreign nations huo ni uamuzi ambao Serikali imefanya.

Kuhusu vaccine, serikali ingeruhusu mshirika binafsi yaingize na watu wapewe uhuru wa kuchagua.

Wale wanodhani wana immunity waache, wale wanaohitaji wapate fursa.

Haiwezekani kununu vaccine kwa watu binafsi mmoja mmoja, hivyo basi kwavile kuna watu hawataki, wengine wanatumia nyungu basi wanaoamini vaccine wapewe fursa hiyo.

Wanohitaji watanunua lakini fursa ya kupatikana iwepo.

Hizo vaccine bei yake kiasi gani? UK wanachanja raia wao bure oops sio bure health care yao ie Serikali inalipa, bei yake ni ngapi? UK wanatarajia deficit kwenye budget yao kufikia £400 billion mwisho wa mwaka wao, na hiyo ni kutokana na Covid-19 impact.

The data in regard to Covid-19 is available but the Government has decided not to share with WHO/anybody else. The issue right now is the variant of Covid-19. The comparison will always be there whether you have published the data or not.

FYI there is no celebration to show the world anything, people are going on with their daily routines not even caring what is happening in the world you know.

Herbal medication zipo zinafanyiwa utafiti. Si kitu kigeni kwasababu wengi hawaelewi dawa zina sources nyingi ikiwemo mime, madini , synthetic, fungus etc.

Tatizo ni kuwa nyungu haina formula.
Hakuna anayeweza kueleza nyungu inatangenezwa kwa kitu gani! inategemea tu eneo.
Wapo hapa jamvini hawawezi kueleza nyungu inatengenezwa na nini, na kisayansi inafanyaje kazi.
