Denmark kufunga Ubalozi wake nchini Tanzania ifikapo 2024

Nashauri pia nchi nyingine za Ulaya na Marekani wafunge balozi zao pia kwa sababu kuna threat kubwa sana ya security Tanzania kutokana na ugaidi.

Tanzania ndiyo nchi ya kwanza ya Kiafrika ambayo Denmark ilianzisha nayo ushirikiano wa kutoa misaada ya kimaendeleo mnamo 1963, muda mfupi baada ya Tanzania (wakati huo Tanganyika) kupata uhuru.

Denmark will close its embassies in Tanzania as it restructures its foreign service in order to deliver on the government’s priorities, it announced Friday.In the statement seen by The EastAfrican, Denmark said the reorganisation will contribute to the implementation of the country’s new strategy for development cooperation.

“This reorganisation is to help us target the efforts we make, both here at home and out in the world, so that we can make the biggest possible difference,” Foreign Affairs Minister Jeppe Kofod said.

“My first priority as Minister of Foreign Affairs is to ensure the security and safety of the Danish people in a world where democracy, human rights, and our values are coming under increasing pressure.”

Tanzania and Denmark have enjoyed outstanding relations over the years. Many politicians, government officials, scientists, businesspeople, religious leaders and civil society actors from respective nations have formed close relations and engaged in constructive and lively discussions.

The East African nation was the first African country with which Denmark initiated a development assistance partnership in 1963 shortly after the Tanzanian mainland, called Tanganyika, became independent.

tunapenda kudeka deka sana....pale kinshasa mbona hawafungi balozi zao na wengine wanaenda kufia goma kabisa kwenye mapigano ya kila siku.....

kuna siku vijana wataelewa kwanini wameweka jicho hapa....wenzao wanalazimisha maslahi zaidi kwa CCM ili iendelee kutawala bila pressure upande mwingine wanawatengenezea zengwe mtifuane muanze kuwa wakimbizi kwao waweze kuwabraiwash na kuwatumia vizuri na kuigeuza nchi ya misukule....
 
Kuna nchi jirani hapo inawachinja kila siku wapinzani na Rais anashindaga kwa 99% lakini hwafungi balozi....pale kwa jamaa yetu M7 balozi huwa hazifungwi na maisha yanaendelea pia.... tuanze kufikiri kwa vichwa sasa...
 
Hawa jamaa kuanzia masuala ya Covid na masuala ya kisiasa yamepelekea wafunge balozi zao, kuna kipindi walikataza raia wao kuja Tanzania...
 
Sasa nchi ikiamua kufunga ubalozi wake kwa sababu zao kuna shida gani? Hivi mnadhani nchi zinafungua balozi katika nchi nyingine kwa manufaa ya nchi mwenyeji? Mbona tunakuwa na kiwango kidogo sana akili ya kutafakari na kupambanua mambo? Na kwa hili vijana wa UFIPA st. Kino wanaongoza. Acheni ujinga.

Kofod presents changes in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs​

The Danish foreign service is to be restructured in order to be able to deliver on the Government’s priorities.

The restructuring means, among other things, that more of our missions will be bolstered, for example with regard to Denmark’s work in the EU, NATO, the UN, the Arctic, Africa, as well as with regard to our export initiatives. In all, 16 missions and 9 departments in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ headquarters in Copenhagen will be strengthened.

- My first priority as Minister of Foreign Affairs is to ensure the security and safety of the Danish people in a world where democracy, human rights, and our values are coming under increasing pressure.

This reorganisation is to help us target the efforts we make, both here at home and out in the world, so that we can make the biggest possible difference. The grave development in Afghanistan the last couple of weeks calls for reflection, and we need time to digest and analyse this in cooperation with the Danish Parliament.

Following that process, the government will at a later stage present a new foreign and security policy strategy, said Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeppe Kofod.

Prior to the reorganisation of the foreign service, the most comprehensive analysis of the work and the structure of the Danish foreign service since the Foreign Commission in 1989/90 at the end of the Cold War was carried out. The reorganisation will contribute to the implementation of Denmark’s new strategy for development cooperation "The world we share".

In connection with the reorganisation, the embassies in Argentina and Tanzania are also being closed, along with the Consulate General in Chongqing (China) and the trade mission in Barcelona (Spain). In addition, a number of efficiency measures will be carried out, for example in the areas of energy, procurement and properties.
