Not all nations have land to cultivate rice . Geography matters .Tanzania has more land for rice production than kenya. The land available in Kenya can thus not be able to feed the entire nation . Hence we have to import the additional amount we need .Kwani nyie hamna mashamba?

Low IQ fool. Do you really think tea coffee and flowers grow in the same soil and climate conditions as Rice . We dont have large low lying wet lands to produce all the rice we need .
