What if he Ballali received Ki-Memo kutoka Hazina na Ikulu kuidhinisha hayo malipo? Does it make him Mtuhumiwa au Mshiriki?

Unaacha kuwabana TISS, TAKUKURU, Hazina, Ikulu, DCI na DPP unakimbilia kuwabana FBI? on what grounds? Is the investigation for EPA an American Government responsibility or Tanzanian Government?

Did Tanzania Government submit a request to American Government to investigate Ballali on their behalf?

If SFO is investigating Radar and Chenge and all Tanzanian authorities are waiting for British Investigation about British company and nationalities, do you think your argument we should put FBI or Secret Service for that sake into task makes any sense?

Issue ni corruption na yeye amehusika na tuna haki ya kufikiri kuwa kifo chake kimetokana na mazingira ya kuhusika kwake na hiyo corruption...So jibu hapo ni vyote kifo na EPA kwasababu wengi wetu tuna amini vina mwingiliano!
