Somalia haijakomaa ya kutosha kuingizwa katika muungano wa EAC. Kimiundo msingi, kiusalama, na muhimu hawana soko lolote kwa sasa.

in summary, #we can never have free trade/movt of people with Somalia till the lax security situation is checked. till she conforms to all EAC rules, at least majority of em if not all. she remains to be a future plan.

East African integration does not mean that Somali citizens become Kenyan citizens. Didn't TZ recently expel other East African citizens yet she is a member of the bloc?
Your other sentence that i have highlighted in red is ambiguous, but if you mean the coalition of the willing then Kenya is not the sole member. Perhaps it may be of interest to you to also form the coalition of the unwilling.

Kenya is the first country to abolish work permits for EAC citizens, Rwanda has followed suit. I am so glad of this openness by my country, we are going places and soon will be a huge giant. Somalis do appreciate the hospitality we have accorded them despite their challenges. We have welcomed them to trade and integrate with us, just a matter of black sheep amongts them who will be dealt with. You can't be hostile to your neighbors and at the same time wonder why you languishing in poverty. As soon you teach your people to discriminate against foreigners, that spirit will engulf them and soon they will discriminate against each other.
