Maana hata Singapore, Korea, China n.k zilitawaliwa wakoloni kwa wakati Fulani kwa miaka inayolinga na tuseme Tanganyika miaka ya ukoloni mkongwe ni miaka 1860-1961 wastani wa miaka 100.

Swali kuu ni nini kimetudumaza? Ni kukosa kujitambua wapi tumetoka (Unyonge wa utumwa/ukoloni), wapi tulipo (Uhuru wa bendera) na wapi tunataka kwenda ambapo kuna mapambano ya kifikra kutambua ukoloni mamboleo kiuchumi na ukoloni-wa-kudumaza a.k.a soft-power kama kitamaduni (TV, dini, Miziki ya Magharibi/Mashariki) na elimu itakayozaa matunda ya mabadiliko yetu kiuchumi n.k

Tukitambua yote hayo katika paragraph hizo juu basi tutaweza kwenda mbele kifua mbele duniani kote bila kuona ''unyonge'' wala ''haya'' na hivyo kwenda mbele kimaendeleo katika maeneo ya kijamii, kitamaduni na kiuchumi bila kusahau historia.

Black Iraqis claim discrimination - 11 Jan 10
Black Iraqis in the southern province of Basra are complaining of discrimination, saying they are not fairly represented in the state.

African Iraqis have lived in the country for centuries and now number more than one million.

Many of them are descendants of African slaves brought to Iraq. Many Iraqis still refer to them by their ancestral name, abeed - meaning slaves.

Kwa ujumla mfumo wa elimu nchini hauleti athari kiasi ambacho tungetaraji kuwa chachu katika maendeleo yetu kutoka mtu mmoja mmoja hadi taifa. Mabadiliko ya ufundishaji kwenda mtindo shirikishi kati ya mwalimu na wanafunzi bado haujafanikiwa kwa kiasi kikubwa. Kuna haja Prof. Ndalichako afanye mapinduzi katika mfumo mzima wa elimu ili ile asilimia 80+ ya wasomi wasiokidhi viwango vya ubora wa kimataifa katika soko la ajira ipungue.

Walimu wanaosoma TTC (TEACHERS TRAINING CENTER) wanauawa (kifikra) na kuwafanya waishi wakiwa wamekufa. They have been trained instead of being educated.
They don't trust themselves na wanadhani kila mtu ni kama walimu wao wa CHUO.
Walimu hawa ni waoga sijawahi kuona.
Sasa mkuu nakuomba, uiombe serikali ifute utaratibu wa kutrain walimu, wawe educated not trained.

Anasema watoto wafundishwe kuhusu mashujaa wetu, hao mashujaa unawatoa wapi bila colonialism na slave trade?

Au akina Kova na Lizabon wawe ndo mashujaa?
