JF Karibuni Tanzania Professionals Network

JF Karibuni Tanzania Professionals Network

Sikujua kwamba tunashindana. Nisingejihusisha.

Unakubali?

Mkuu Kuhani, putting aside our differences in approaching and looking into issues, I really like your Energy in debating matters. If in the really world wewe ni MZALENDO na MKEREKETWA wa Maendeleo, your ENERGY could be used to bring forth development. If u ask me my opinions on what kind of leaders we really need in our country, I sometimes think we need leaders with Energy and who can stick to their guns to protect the interest of the country without necessary looking into what the procedures are.

Pamoja na kuwa umekuwa wakati mwingine ukitumia lugha kali, lakini bado nakuona kama wewe katika really world kama utakuwa na MTAZAMO wa MAENDELEO you can do Wonders. If we are talking in a Country level, I will say you can be a better PM. Of course intakubidi tu uondoe style yako ya lugha lakini keep on sticking in your guns. Things will change.

. . LOL

Huko unampeleka mbali mno.

Kwani yeye expert wa labor migration and regional economic disparity?

Mtsimbe unatakiwa kujiuzuru!!! Lol!

Dear Mr President,

Find hereafter my queries, would be pleased if you could answer them, relating to the quality of your member and accreditation procedures:
1. If one wants to join TPN what is the minimum qualification must have?
2. How does TPN determine the credibility of the qualifications of its members?
3. Is the quality assurance policy applicable at TPN? Here I want to know if you reject some applicants because do not meet your standards.
4. What is your priority? The approval of the member to join the network or payment of fees? Here I want to know types of documents one need to produce before can be allowed to pay the due fees?
5. I am a member of a professional body; I remember how long it took me to be registered. How long can it take before I can become a full member of TPN?
6. How are the interests of members protected? Who is the Patron/Matron of TPN?
7. How much are the registration and annual fees?
8. What do these fees cover?

Thanks in advance for your answer

Njimba

Mr President,

At last I have got answers to my queries above, through this email you sent to me;

From your email I can conclude as follows:

1) anybody can be member of TPN provided can pay the due fees
2) there is no quality assuarance at TPN
3) qualification of a member is not an issue provided can pay the due fees
4) TPN is interested with Quantity of members not their quality
5) Once I get 100 000/= will phone you so that you send somebody to come to pick; Though you do not know my qualification.

Ahsante Mr Pres, good luck on harvesting wadanganyika's money.

Njimba.

This is a bit strange! The only thing you saw in this invitation to be a member was the "harvesting of wadangayika's money"? I have no idea about TPN, but this sort of attitude of always thinking that people cannot start any noble cause, except for money is part of the many problems befalling us. I think that if you're not convinced by their fees or their objectives, you could simply refuse their offer to join their organisation, instead of endulging in this sort of malicious display of arrogance!

I also found it rather grossly unethical, unprofessional and backwardness to display a private communication in this public forum. Tukue kidogo jamani, ah!

Yah ..but to let anybody enter in that society regardless of w/ther he/she is proffessional or not provided she/he has only the money to join and pay the annual subscription fee..i think inaenda tofauti hata na jina la Society yenyewe TPN...so kama na shilingi 100,000 alafu nimemaliza zangu form four nikataka kuingia kwenye hichi chama na hakika milango itakuwa wazi sababu hela ya kuingia ambayo ndio kigezo kikubwa according to iyo email..je na mimi pia nitaitwa professional sababu niko kwenye chama cha ma professional???????/

You hope?? Kwani wakufunzi ni wakina nani? Give recent examples please. Such network doesnt sound very useful...

Kitila,

Thank you very much for your comments, though, I do not find any wrong doing on this one.

It should be remembered that the President of TPN came here openly to invite people to join his organisation and has done everything possible to market. I think was well prepared for any outcome of his gesture.

I asked him simple questions for clarifications; instead of coming with clear answers he just said should read past threads.

Kitila, I am just a mere member of JF compared to you a Senior & Premium Member. However, I find that you are a victim of Swahili saying “Mkuki kwa nguruwe kwa binadamu uchungu”. Secondly, It seems I do not understand the real meaning of JF‘s slogan “Where We Dare to Talk Openly”.

From your comments I conclude as follows:

1. At JF, Government’s confidential documents such as EPA report, Richmond Contract, NHC’s report, etc can be exposed without any problem. And a person exposes them is hailed.
2. The term Mafisadi applies to Government officials and other influential figures in our society, but your fellow Mzalendo can con you and should remain silent.
3. Kitila, I quote your statement, “This is a bit strange! The only thing you saw in this invitation to be a member was the "harvesting of wadangayika's money"? Yes, Kitila, I also find strange for an organisation like Tanzania Professional Network to undermine the quality of its members just for money. Kitila, I do not know your profession and if you are member of your professional body. Tell me which professional body in the world can just offer their membership like that? What I know is that if you are a member of a certain body you represent it. In addition, there is a French proverb which states that: show me the woman you are hunting, I will tell you what type of a person you are. The way TPN is hunting its members represents itself its true colour. Pay my fees first, you become my member and I give you a membership card. The danger is that, one day Majambazi and Vibakas will be identified by TPN’s cards.
4. Concerning exposing our communication, I think this was TPN president’s call on his first message, read this extract, “Naitwa Sanctus Mtsimbe na naomba niungane na wana JF wengine waliojitambulisha kwa majina yao halisi na kutoa mwito wengine wafanye hivyo ili tuweze kuungana [/I]na kufanya mambo ya kimmsingi sasa yanayohitaji kufahamiana na kukutana”. However, I apologize if offended him.

5. Yes, Kitila, the only thing I saw on TPN’s invitation was their interest in harvesting Wadanganyika’s money.

Nawakilisha,

Njimba

You are right Njimba, but i thinks Mtsimbe has many things to tell us concerning his Organization..let us give him a chance to wash out all the worriers we have, and i hope one day majority members of JF will meet in the TPN Meetings as the active members of that Professional Network.

Mtsimbe please clear this.

Ewaaaaaaaaaaaaa Bana Kitila

I Expressed This Eeaaarly In My Post; Thanks Mkumbo For Noting The Same... Bado Naendelea Kusema, Wenye Nia Njema Na Walio Walengwa Watapata Habari.

Na Wale Tuliozoea Yetu Kila Wakati Tutaendelea Kufanya Uchunguzi/research Ili Ku-discredit.

Yaleyale... Kama Ni Udanganyika, Basi Una Maana Nyingi... Hata Ile Tu Ya Kudhani Unajua Na Kumbe Unajidanganya

Tpn Is Important And Tpn Is A Network And Not Project, Ngo, Etc.

You Can Join Network And Leave Upendavyo..

Njimba,

Your concerns are genuine and justifiable, especially with regard to the qualifications of membership, which I also very much share. Nevertheless, you cannot make such a bold conclusion, that they are just there to milk the poor wadanganyika, on the basis of this particular flaw in the TPN Constitution.

What really troubled me in your post is the impact of your unsubstantiated claim on the morale of people behind such genuine and noble cause as TPN. We have serious problems befalling our country and we need to encourage, not ridicule, any effort that is trying to help our people realise their potential, and it is this big picture that I decided to give TPN the benefit of doubt. If I were you, therefore, I would ask the TPN leadership to consider their membership criteria, without necessarily ridiculing them and putting mud in their initiative.

In any case, my understanding is that the TPN call for support is a voluntary one; if I dont want joining I would simply keep quite or say no quitely without trying to discourage others who maybe convinced, however flawed the organisation may appear.

Lastly, your comparision of your decision to display private communication between you and TPN and the posting of EPA and other public reports in this forum is, to say the least, utterly and unbeliavably inconsiderable and misguided. I am sure you know very well the public interestdness in the EPA report, which cannot, at any rate or level, be matched to TPN, something that is still less than an NGO! I just want to believe that you're simply joking by raising this point!

Tuendelea kuwasaidia hawa ndugu zetu TPN wasimame ili wasaidie kuchangia kiharakati nchini mwetu, sio kuwabeza!

Habari za leo bwana Mkumbo,
Unanifanya niwe na maswali hapa,

Njimba,

What really troubled me in your post is the impact of your unsubstantiated claim on the morale of people behind such genuine and noble cause as TPN.

Usingependa kuona Njimba anarukia kwenye conclusion.

In any case, my understanding is that the TPN call for support is a voluntary one; if I dont want joining I would simply keep quite or say no quitely without trying to discourage others who maybe convinced, however flawed the organisation may appear.

Please don't keep quote is a cumbersome situation such as that (text in red).

.

In my own understanding Sanctus Mutsimbe has explained enough to either rouse one intent and interest to join or not. If one is interested, enough information has been shared here. And to the contract, if one needs to make an informed decision either for or against TPN that decision can easily be arived at, by going through the posts from the beginning, I believe there is plenty to go by!!!

Zemarcopolo asante tena kwa mchngo wako. TPN imeajiri wafanyakazi wanne.

Wafanyakazi wawili wa full time wanafanya kazi kuanzia asubuhi saa 2 hadi saa 11 jioni.

President’s duties and responsibilities shall be;

  1. a) To Chair the relevant meetings of the Organization
  2. b) To oversee the functions of the Organization
  3. d) Responsible for ensuring that the function of the Organization are carried out properly, in accordance with the constitution stipulation and generally supervise the Work of the organization.
  4. e) Preside at all general and executive meetings.
  5. f) Prepare and deliver the annual president’s address at every annual General meeting.
  6. g) A signatory to cheques and other withdrawal papers.
  7. h) Any other duty as may be assigned to him/her by the Executive Committee or any other of the Organization organs.

  • 1: Presidents Division with the following responsibilities:
  • 1) General Focus on Elimination of unemployment, underproduction, high rate of illiteracy, low level of Science and Technology and imbalance in its trade balance caused by among others unmanageable external debt and lopsided international trade practices
  • 2) General co-ordination of activities and exchange of information on our professions
  • 3) Aiming to have a very strong base for building a better future and promoting and facilitating Socio - Economic Development
  • 4) Focus on a vision to transform Tanzania into a POWERFUL KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY by the Year 2050.
  • 5) Focus on a vision to stimulate and promote effective use of the POWER OF THE BRAIN among Tanzanians in addressing and solving their various Social, Cultural, Economical; Environmental; Developmental and Psychological Problems.
  • 6) Recognition of peoples’ contribution to the society and reward them accordingly.
  • 7) Co-coordinating funds, equipment, instruments, furniture, materials, in country and overseas training, scholarships from various organisations, governments, individuals and other bodies.
  • 8) Coordination to establish or support any charitable trusts, associations or institutions formed for all or any of the objectives.
  • 9) Legal Matters of the Organization
  • 10) To oversee the functions of the Organization
  • 11) Responsible for ensuring that the function of the Organization are carried out properly, in accordance with the constitution stipulation and generally supervise the Work of the organization.
  • 12) Issuing of Official Statements

Mtsimbe unatakiwa kujiuzuru!!! Lol!

Mzalendo Mzozo, ndo hivyo tena, jamaa anataka nitoke ikulu hata kabla ya ndoto yangu ya maisha bora kwa kila mwanataaluma haijatimia . . . LOL

Its good to know how different people present issues . . .

. . . Ili nikupejibu la kisayansi nitakueleza kwanza ni nini TPN imefanya: Mpaka sasa tuna TPN Taifa, DSM, Arusha and Tanga. Bila shaka in 10 years TPN itakuwa nchi nzima mpaka wilayani.

Tunaunda TPN Fund this year - I hope in 10 years it will be a Bank.

. . katika miaka 10 . . . . u can think what might happen.

. . Asante kwa wazo zuri.

Mr President,

At last I have got answers to my queries above, through this email you sent to me;

Njimba.

So no need to be worried on the issue of quality assuarance. Nadhani in practcal sense si rahisi mambo yote kuyaelezea katika email unayoi-refer.
  2. Qualification of member . . Pia refer categories of membership ingawa kimsingi TPN italiangalia upya suala hili.
  3. TPN is interested not only in quantity but also in quality and output as well . . . please refer above.
  4. Your 100,000/= contribution - As mentioned, TPN can't write everything on email. There must be other additional information on communication. If you have paid 100,000/= without completing the forms, then there might have been mistakes. Please confirm if this has happened to anyone.
  5. Harvesting wadanganyika money . . . LOL. Not clear, but I hope maelezo ya hapo juu yanaweza kukushawishi ufute usemi wako.

I believe with time many people will come to know that TPN is a genuine organization.
