I could go for mishahara ni asilimia ngapi ya michango ya wanachama? TPN inapata wapi funds? na asilimia ngapi ni mishahara?

Mambo mengine sijui kama yanafaa kuanikwa, kama jina lako vile, au mshahara wa mtu.
 
Asante GM, neno MZALENDO limekuwa likitumika zaidi kama title ya mwanzo ya mwanachama au shabiki yeyote wa TPN kama vile vyama vingine vinavyopenda kutumia title ya MHESHIMIWA.

Maana halisi ya neno MZALENDO ni mtu anayejali utaifa, mwenye uchungu na nchi. Actually kwa kiingereza lina maana ya PATRIOTIC au NATIONALIST.

Imekuwa ni vema zaidi kutumia title hii kuliko ile ya MZAWA ambayo kisiasa imekuwa ikileta hisia a kibaguzi. MZALENDO halibagui mtu.

Kwa kutumia title ya MZALENDO mnaonyesha umoja wenu katika kujali maslahi ya nchi.

Hakuna kiongozi yeyote wa TPN anayekuwa addressed kwa kuitwa MHESHIMIWA haijalishi kama ni Rais, Katibu Mkuu, Treasurer au Kiongozi yeyote wa Executive Committee. Wote hawa wanatumia title MZALENDO.

Kuna baadhi ya Waheshimiwa halisi kwa maana ya Mawaziri na Wabunge na Viongozi wa Vyama vya kiraia na kisiasa ambao huwa wanahudhuria mikutano ya TPN. Kuleta zana sawia ya kujali taaluma zote, huwa nao tunawa-address kwa kutumia title ya MZALENDO badala ya ile ya MHESHIMIWA. Tunadhani kuwa katika Wanataaluma neno Mheshimiwa linaleta matabaka ya wenye vyeo na wasio na vyeo vitu ambavyo si vigezo katika TPN. Na ukizingatia hali halisi ya mwenendo wa mambo Tanzania, MZALENDO could just be the best title.

Hupati shada la maua kwa kuwa even-tempered, hususan Riasi wa chama. Lakini, kwa hilo, umewateka watu hapa.

Chama chako kinaweza kuwa tego kwa sababu "Chama cha Wasomi na Mashirika" hakiwezi kuwa na Katiba imeandikwa kana kwamba ni ya kikundi cha Sindimba cha watoto. Inajipinga kila mahala. Na Raisi wake anashindwa kuielezea. Unakubali Katiba imepinda halafu unaitetea. Hai make sense. Hata kama sio msanii, inawezekana ni mbabaishaji. Ana wa mesmerize watu na upole wa maandishi yake. Inawezekana ni mkenge! Hivi Wabongo tutajifunza lini kuangalia maneno matamu kimagutu?

Kwanza naomba msamaha kama maswali nitakayouliza yameshaulizwa au kuzungumziwa kwenye kurasa zilizopita. Duh maana kurasa ni nyingi sana kuanza kuzisoma....

Anyway, mimi maswali yangu ni :-

1. Hii TPN imejizatiti kiasi gani katika the all corporate politics nchini mwetu? Labda nifafanue swali katika njia nyepesi zaidi, je memba wa TPN wanaweza ku-mention "proudly" uwanachama wao wa TPN kwenye interview as a way ya ku-show how professional they are? In other words, je TPN inaweza kuongeza nguvu ya kuvutia recruiters ikiwa listed kwenye CV?

2. Je TPN ina provide some sort of recommendations kwa wanachama wake ambao wako kwenye job hunting, seek profession advancement, et al..?

3. Je TPN ina provide career mentoring kwa wanachama ambao pengine wana seek mabadiliko katika professions zao?

Ni hayo tu kwa sasa hivi....

Mzalendo QM bila yaa shaka nitakujibu maswali yako ingawa mengine nitakuwa nayarudia:

1. Moja kati ya mikakati ya TPN ni kuifanya TPN iwe Trusted and Respected Organization. Kwa hili tunaelekea kufanikiwa kwani tayari imani inajengeka na kuna hata baadhi ya Benki ambazo walitoa offer huko nyuma kuwa kama ukiwa TPN member unaweza ukakopeshwa unsecured loan TZS 30 Million. Tunajaribu kuwa na taarifa muhimu za kila mwanachama kwa ajili ya ku-create confidence kwa watakaotaka reference zozote. Nia yetu ni kufanya members wa TPN wawe respected and trusted kutokana na wao kuwa members.

2. Katika suala zima la kutafuta kazi, TPN pia huwa wanasaidiana. Kuna nafasi za kazi wakati mwingine zinakuwa floated kwenye email listings na kuna wengine ambao huwa wanatuma CV zao na kuna baadhi wanafanikiwa. Lengo ni kufanya TPN pia iwe kama Exchange Centre ya kazi. Tunajitahidi kuwa na database ya members wote.

3. TPN ina regular mentoring meetings ambazo mada za namna mbalilmbali hutolewa kutegemeana na mahitaji na presenters. Hili linafanyika mara moja kila mwezi na ni matumaini yangu kuwa hali itaboreshwa kadiri siku zinavyokwenda.
 



Katika kushawishi na kujibu hoja nimekukubali mzee. Ni mategemeo yangu kwamba sifa hii inafanana na utendaji kazi wako ulivyo.
Upatapo muda siku nyingine utueleze kwa mifano hayo *mafanikio ya mwaka mmoja unayoyazungumzia. Itasaidia sana kushawishi vichwa ngumu kama mimi.

What TPN has achieved so far since it was launched in 29th July 2007:

  1. We have been able to register the Network (Registration of TPN)
  2. We have been able to Restructure TPN into Functional Divisions to address effectively the objectives
  3. We have managed to organize one Fund Raising event which assisted us to start operations as well as to pay TPN Staff.
  4. We have been able to formally Recognitione some Professional Entrepreneurs by awarding them and giving them certificates of recognition
  5. We have been able to Set Up TPN Office which is equiped with Furnitures, Internet, Computers etc. We have employed 3 people.
  6. We have managed to Promote, Publicize TPN (Awareness Campaign).
  7. We have been able to register a Domain, Website (still working) and offer Emails ID
  8. We have been able to hold Executive Committee Meetings and Divisional Meetings
  9. We have been able to conduct several Networking and Mentoring Seminar regular on Monthly basis at British Council, once in Arusha and Tanga
  10. Through Business Networking, some members has been able to join forces, raise Capital and establish companies

Here are membership benefits:

  1. 50% susidized fees to the Monthly Mentorship Seminars and
  2. Opportunity for Professional and Business Networking in the regular events

  10. Making TPN a Trusted and Respected Organization (Hardwork but Progressing)

Yeye anatakiwa kuwa expert wa Katiba yao. Na kashindwa kuekeza au kukubali kinaga ubaga kwamba Clauses za Uanachama, 3.1.1, 3.1.2 na 3.1.3 ni vituko, hazijaandikwa ki "sound mind" kama wanavyotaka wanachama wao wawe. Clause 3.1.3 inafuta hizo mbili zingine!

It is even more dissapointing when a few can conclude ones intention [and reduce them to size] without asking themselves why one is thinking that way? the point we have to note always is how one asks questions... I read the thread and i know who I was targeting; from questions you can learn walio skeptics, positives, ignorants, radicals as well as people like you!!

My friends Pundit and MTM, I think there is nothing wrong for someone to express his/her opinions freely. We must tolerate to accommodate different opinions and personalities even the ones we dont like the way they argue. We must argue without attaching each other. We should rather focus on the main points being discussed. If we do that, both of us will be able to learn from each other as long as we dont close our minds. We must be open minded all the time.

Nimetingwa sana. Nikipata nafasi nitachangia mawazo yangu kikamilifu. Lakini nimeona nia ni nzuri sana maana ni katika harakati za kuzidi kutufungua watanzania na kutusogeza hatua moja mbele. Mimi kitu chochote hukiangalia positively kwanza kabla sijakitafutia kasoro. I always give the benefit of doubt to any noble cause, such as this one!

Mkulu Kuhani . . . Asante sena kwa mchango wako na kutambua kuwa watu wameona najibu vyema. Kama ulivyosema mimi ni kiongozi na hivyo ni wajibu wangu.

Kabla sijatoa maoni yangu ya kipengele cha pili nikuombe utoe maelezo kuhusu mjadala wetu wa nyuma. Napata picha kuwa either hukusoma au umeamua kutokutoa maelezo yoyote.

Naomba nikukumbushe uliyopaswa kuyatolea maelezo . . .

Ndugu yangu Kuhani, naomba nikubali pengine kuna tatizo la kuweza kuelewana hapa. Pengine sukuelewi vema au hunielewi vema. Kama uko sawa unaweza kunipa namba yako ya simu, nikakupigia ili tuongee maana wakati mwingine kuelewana katika maandishi inaweza kuwa vigumu.

Mimi nadhani ni vema wakati mwingine badala ya kuwa na jazba na kutoa kashfa, ni vizuri ukiwa na maoni mbadala kama walivyofanya wengine. It will save your energy.

Kama ni suala la kufanya analysis ningesema kuwa sharti la kuwa Professional (ambaye amehitimu higher education au yule ambaye amejifunza kwa njia yoyote nyingine na kuwa na hiyo taaluma) pamoja na kuunga mkono objectives za TPN ni masharti muhimu.

Kwa sasa ni-assume kuwa utanitumia maoni yako mbadala nikitarajia kuwa walau una mwanga wa kile tunachokusudia. Kama huwezi kutuma maoni bado tunaweza kuwasiliana kwa njia mbadala, kama hilo pia haliwezekani, basi wacha nikubali yaishe . . . . LOL. Ni vizuri kukubaliana pia kuwa mmeshindwa kuelewana inapobidi. Inawezekani sijakuelewa au inawezekana hujanielewa.

Ndio maana alipoanza kukubali kubali matatizo ya Katiba akaulizwa swali ambalo hajalijibu, au hawezi kujibu:

Huo ubovu wa Katiba umeung'amua hii juzi ulipojiunga hapa au ni toka zamani na ukaja hapa kuinadi bila ku disclose toka mwanzo kwamba ina matatizo.

Yani inawezekana kafanya uzugaji. Sasa hii inahitaji, sio kujiuzulu kwa hiari, ila kuuzulishwa.

Zemarcopolo asante tena kwa mchngo wako. TPN imeajiri wafanyakazi wanne. Wawili ni full time na wawili huwa wanasaidia pale tu tunapokuwa na events na si lazima wawe ni hao hao.

Kuhusu Mishahara, sidhani kama ni busara ku-discose hapa kwani mshahara ni siri ya mtu. Labda ni seme tu kuwa wafanyakazi hawa wawili waliajiriwa kupitia utaratibu wa uwazi baada ya post kutangazwa kwenye magazeti na kisha watu kuomba. Panel ya interview iliundwa na executive Committee na hatimaye ikatoa mapendekezo kwa executive Committee ambayo ndiyo yenye mamlaka ya kuamua.

Mimi si moja wa wafanyakazi wa TPN ingawa natenga muda wa kutosha kushughulikia majukumu yangu kama kiongozi.

Wafanyakazi wawili wa full time wanafanya kazi kuanzia asubuhi saa 2 hadi saa 11 jioni. Kuna muda wa mapumziko ya saa moja kwa ajili ya chakula.

Majukumu yangu kama Rais yalivyoainishwa katika ni kama ifuatavyo:

President’s duties and responsibilities shall be;

  1. a) To Chair the relevant meetings of the Organization
  2. b) To oversee the functions of the Organization
  3. d) Responsible for ensuring that the function of the Organization are carried out properly, in accordance with the constitution stipulation and generally supervise the Work of the organization.
  4. e) Preside at all general and executive meetings.
  5. f) Prepare and deliver the annual president’s address at every annual General meeting.
  6. g) A signatory to cheques and other withdrawal papers.
  7. h) Any other duty as may be assigned to him/her by the Executive Committee or any other of the Organization organs.

Majukumu mengine ya ziada kama yalivyoainishwa kaatika Structure ya TPN ni kuwa Mwenyekiti wa Kitengo Maalumu cha Rais.

  • 1: Presidents Division with the following responsibilities:
  • 1) General Focus on Elimination of unemployment, underproduction, high rate of illiteracy, low level of Science and Technology and imbalance in its trade balance caused by among others unmanageable external debt and lopsided international trade practices
  • 2) General co-ordination of activities and exchange of information on our professions
  • 3) Aiming to have a very strong base for building a better future and promoting and facilitating Socio - Economic Development
  • 4) Focus on a vision to transform Tanzania into a POWERFUL KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY by the Year 2050.
  • 5) Focus on a vision to stimulate and promote effective use of the POWER OF THE BRAIN among Tanzanians in addressing and solving their various Social, Cultural, Economical; Environmental; Developmental and Psychological Problems.
  • 6) Recognition of peoples’ contribution to the society and reward them accordingly.
  • 7) Co-coordinating funds, equipment, instruments, furniture, materials, in country and overseas training, scholarships from various organisations, governments, individuals and other bodies.
  • 8) Coordination to establish or support any charitable trusts, associations or institutions formed for all or any of the objectives.
  • 9) Legal Matters of the Organization
  • 10) To oversee the functions of the Organization
  • 11) Responsible for ensuring that the function of the Organization are carried out properly, in accordance with the constitution stipulation and generally supervise the Work of the organization.
  • 12) Issuing of Official Statements
