Ingredients:-
1 Pakistani lattice ( 250 g ) means cup Melian
¼ cup oil inapatikana kisutu-Dar.
Text Template butter ( 113 g )
Three quarters Milk and Local ( 297 gm )
Cup pistachios , chopped coarse (mbadala korosho,karanga)

Way
- Poetic way to break into small pieces and fry with a very butter and oil over low heat
- Mix noodles with roasted peanuts and then poured it concentrated milk and mix well

Tambi ni mmoja ya vyakula ambavyo unaweza kuandaa kwa haraka sana,uandaaji wake hachukua muda mfupi sana.Ni moja vile vyakula ambavyo mimi huandaa nikiwa nimechelewasha chakula au sina muda wa kupika.

Kuna namna na jinsi nyingi sana ya kuandaa tambi.Unaweza andaa tambi kama mlo mkuu,mlo wa pembeni au kuzitumia kwenye salad.

Jana niliandaa tambi kama mlo mkuu kwa ajili ya chakula cha jioni.

  • Njegere robo kikombe
  • Vitunguu maji 2
  • Hoho 2
  • Soseji 3
  • Carry powder vijiko viwili vya chai
  • Chumvi
  • Salted Butter vijiko 3 vya chakula

Njia

1.Chemsha tambi,chemsha ngegere,chemsha soseji kisha chuja maji yote.weka pembeni
2.Osha na kata mboga zote za majani kwa urefu
3.Katika kikaango weka butter na karoti kisha weka jikoni ukaange kwa moto mdogo ili butter isiungue. Kaanga kwa muda mfupi tu,ili butter iingie kwenye karoti.

4.Ongeza vitunguu na njegere,kisha nyunyuzia carry powder kwa juu,kaanga kwa muda kidogo .
5.Ongeza Tambi na hoho kisha endelea kukaanga na kugeuza ili vichanganyike.
6.Ongeza Soseji zilizokatwa katika vipande vidogo kisha nyunyuzia chmvi na endelea kukaanga kwa muda kidogo tu ili chumvi iive.
7.Kikiwa tayari ,epua na utenge mezani.chakula hiki kinapendeza zaidi kikiliwa chamoto kabla butter haijapoa.

Chakula hiki kinatakiwa kupikwa kwa muda mfupi sana,kuanzia pale unapoanza kuweka mboga za majani kwani lengo ni kutokuivisha sana mboga hizo,zinatakiwa kuiva kwa juu tu.
Unaweza sindikiza chakula hiki na sosi ya aina yoyote ukipenda.Sisi hupenda kula chakula hiki

kama kilivyo bila sosi wala mchuzi wowote,tunafurahia harufu ya butter na carry powder tunapokula hivyo kuweka mchuzi au sosi ni kuaribu ladha na harufu hiyo.
Chakula hiki ni rahisi sana kuandaa ,ni cha haraka na nikitamu sana.
