Ndio maana huwa tunawaambia Tanzania ya sahii ni kama Kenya ya 70s. Sisi models and masterplans on paper tumeanza kuzitoa miaka ya 70s nyinyi ndio mnazitoa sahii. Buda there is a difference between drawing a masterplan and implementing it. We've been there and done that.
