Kenya Middle Income With 1948 Roads

Kenya Middle Income With 1948 Roads

Your entitle to your own opinion about me, In fact kula mtu ana right to their own opinion. But Just answer the question as you asked "does Dar has a master plan?" Dar is leading in changing the face of the city within EAC. There so many brand new roads been build in the places where there were no exiting road before. I'm sure if colonial who left Nairobi 1963 where to today, he will remember so much of same.
Does Dar have a Master Plan? You haven't answered that boss. It's a simple question but you keep going around in circles. Building roads and having a masterplan are two different things. Every city in East Africa is building Roads and even a small child can tell you Nairobi is building more roads than Dar.

Unauliza Dar has a master plan 2018, na google ipo. No, deliberately I'm refusing to answer this question, hata kama ni mtiani acha nipate zero. A city with 6million people, construct cranes every where, roads been build, modern city committing transport build, unauliza Kuna master plan.

Of course it doesn't lol. Dar is one hell of an unplanned city. No masterplan. It seems you opened a thread about things you don't understand.

Kila siku ya MUNGU unatutumia picha hizo hizo. Tumechoka we need the news things.
Btw we are also now in the implementation stage of TRANSIT ORIENTED PROJECT. Which aimed at integrating all transport types with other facilities such as market places, shopping area, hospitals etc.
Blah blah mtapata izi labda 2050😀😀😀

I'll urge you to read again the article (which by the way are not my words) uelewe nini kinasemwa. There roads which build by colonialism 1948 abd haven't been repaired or develop ever since due to city or county gov could not mobilise funds. Corruption was another issue the the writer mentioned, the affect if this can be felt on manufacturing with 3% down on GDP contribution. Wewe na ndugu zako mnakija na vihoja vya barabara hapa na barabara pale, tell us if that article was wrong. Are the country gov reaching their obligations? Is corruption not a problem? Can any of you learn from JPM when he was minister for roads making sure road fund remain to be road funds and not diverted to other things?

Dar city has a master plan which prepared by individual municipalities which make up the Dar CITY.

.............and I told you despite that Nairobi still has way better roads than Dar es Salaam. It will do you good if you focussed on your dilapidated city than worrying about Nairobi.

....there is a difference in HAVING A MASTER PLAN and IMPLEMENTING IT dude. I already told Mwanzi1 that Nairobi has had several masterplans dating as far as 1970s but none has been implemented fully. Only a fool would beleive a city that looks like this has an implemented masterplan - unless the masterplan was done by chokoraas.

I understand that. But DID you ask the existence of master plan (GPS) or its implementation?

Ulikua unaongelea Masterplan, wewe mwenyewe ukatoka nje ya mada ukaleta mambo ya BRT ambayo sio masterplan bali actual infrastructure ndio nikakuletea actual infrastructure from Nairobi pia sasa mbona walia? Like I told you, you are one very hypocritical person.
jamaa kalia lia sana leo aisee

Mwanzi1 opened this thread to bash Nairobi for not having implemented a Master Plan and claimed we still run on a colonial master plan. I asked him what Dar es Salaam runs on and here you are giving me masterplans on paper. Dude stop being an idiot - I can personally make a masterplan for Nairobi - you could too if you were smarter. Thing is, drawing a master plan is putting a bow and arrow on your back. Implementing it is the actual hunting down a lion and killing it.

Again engineer you misses it.
No one can make a master plan, don't confuse it with the architectural or other engineering drawings. The master plan is a general planning scheme (GPS) which need a participatory approach to prepare it. It's not a question of drawing a map. It need some detailed information and HOW to implement it.

Please sit down and be humble. You clearly don't have the brains for this discussion.

The truth of the matter is, hakuna hata mmoja wenu ameweza kutowa majibu on all red highlighted area on the main article.

Ahaaa haaa haaa
Engineer are go straight to the subject matter at hand not to an individual.
Do you really think an engineer LIKE YOU individually can prepare a master? You don't need a composite team!??
