Kenya Middle Income With 1948 Roads

Kenya Middle Income With 1948 Roads

The truth of the matter is, hakuna hata mmoja wenu ameweza kutowa majibu on all red highlighted area on the main article.

Ahaaa haaa haaa
Engineer are go straight to the subject matter at hand not to an individual.
Do you really think an engineer LIKE YOU individually can prepare a master? You don't need a composite team!??
Yes I can, and many city master plans around the world have been prepared by a single person.

jamaa kalia lia sana leo aisee

this thread was his mistake
Mtaichukia hii thread lakini sioni hata mmoja wenu who can stand up na kujibu hoja. The article ime highlight issues ambazo zilitakiwa kuondolewe since 1963, including segregated master plan, county gov struggle to handle local issues like road maintenance. Lakini wote mnakimbilia oh sisi tuna barabara nzuri, barabara za mchina ndio mzuri? Khaa

I'll urge you to read again the article (which by the way are not my words) uelewe nini kinasemwa. There roads which build by colonialism 1948 abd haven't been repaired or develop ever since due to city or county gov could not mobilise funds. Corruption was another issue the the writer mentioned, the affect if this can be felt on manufacturing with 3% down on GDP contribution. Wewe na ndugu zako mnakija na vihoja vya barabara hapa na barabara pale, tell us if that article was wrong. Are the country gov reaching their obligations? Is corruption not a problem? Can any of you learn from JPM when he was minister for roads making sure road fund remain to be road funds and not diverted to other things?
Leta picha tu moja yaizo barabara za 1948 tufunge huu uzi other wise utaendelea kulia tu. . .

Mpunguza ujinga, hapa mtaruka ruka mpaka asubuhi. MKenya mwezemu ameweka real situation that counties up and down the country are struggling na road maintenances uwongo? KURA and counties can agree way forward na kupata pesa from GoK uwingo, master plan was design in 1948 in review 20 years later 1968 uwongo? Is corruption in Kenya is a statement or real? Leteni majibu ya maana sio maneno ya kanga.

Dude, so what? What is the meaning of your thread even? Like I said you are stupid. All third world countries struggle with road maintenance. The whole of Africa (apart form a few young cities like Abuja) is running Masterplans that were done by colonists and has long outgrown them. Nairobi is no different, Dar is worse. The question you're supposed to be asking yourself is why did you open this thread? Search for a book called 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fu.ck', it talks about how humans choose to worry about things than add no value to their lives and ignore things that can actually change their lives. You really need it. Dar es Salaam is right there with you crumbling with no decent road outside the CBD yet you are here worried about some Kenyan who is worried about Nairobi's situation. lol.

Mtu mmoja hawezi kujuwa vyote hivyo, plus the people who lives in that city their views have to taken into consideration.

Unaona mlivyokuwa wapuuzi eti baadae ya kuzunguka zunguka muda wote huo ndio mnauliza what was the meaning of your tread.

I've mention repeatedly that Kenya you have something to learn from Tanzania. Under the watchful eye of then minister of roads JPM, we created Tanzania model never been done in Africa na nimeweka video ya JPM talking about it. Design, mobilize funds and build using internal resources with next to zero corruption. There so many issues Devolution has yet to provide real answers, local road maintenance is one of them. Maeneo mengine kama hayo industrial areal still using 70 years old master plan, kila mtu anamtupia mpira mwenzaje KURA, GoK na CG. Mtasema sana tuwaache na mambo yenu ya Kenya, ill tell you this, NO CAN DO. Kenya is there to be discussed, no one can stop us, sisi sio wajinga wa kukas tu and not learn something good or bad, kama nyinyi hataki kujifunza hiyo ni shida yenu sio yetu.

Learn something from TANZANIA?😀😀😀😀

Dude, are you mad? The problems highlighted by your article, they're in Tanzania x10. Dude the only countries Kenya can learn from on city planning in Africa are SA, Morocco and Algeria and maybe Mauritius. Tell me what anyone can learn from a city like this anywhere in the world?😀😀😀

Dude please get off whatever you're smoking.😀😀😀

Btw give me your law that govern the town planning/design and management.

Hiyo ya kuandika master plan mtu mmoja ilipitwa na wakati. Nowadays the team of various disciplines alongside with members of the community.
