Sorry fellows, I wasn’t here for a while. If I remember correctly, Ballali was dead the last time I was here. But now I see that Mwafrika Wa Kike is saying there is a 95% chance that Ballali is alive and well. Now, MWK wouldn’t say Ballali was only about 5% dead if she did not know what she was talking about. I take her seriously. We all should.

First time I heard about Ballali’s death (if we may speak about such a thing), was from Invisible. He said he got it from reliable sources. There is personal testimony here from Jasusi that he was around when Ballali breathed his last. Now, it used to be that Jasusi and Invisible were one and the same man (or woman, to play it safe). Did Invisible quote himself when he quoted reliable sources?

We are used to death in Tanzania. Gone are the days when you could go to Muhimbili and not find several groups of people waiting their turn to take remains of loved ones from the mortuary. It’s a big world we live in; there could be busier mortuaries somewhere, but I am yet to hear of them.

Like I said, we are used to death. It is entirely natural for us to go and see the mum of a dead colleague, neighbor, friend or even a former friend. So, what is this thing about having a cop stop people from seeing Ballali’s mum? It stinks to high heaven! Was Ballali with his mum, in Dar, when “invited guests” were going through the motions of burying him in the USA?

If you are a president, and you are friendly to the US, and you want the authorities there to arrange for the records to show that one of your citizens has died, and to arrange to have people go through the motions of burying something there, it can be done!

So, what am I saying? I am saying that if Ballali is alive then his “death and burial” must have been arranged at the highest level. Management of this would require using some of the people in JF to spread the right sort of news and observations.

It might be unknown to some of the more gullible members here, but JK does use this very medium to achieve some of his objectives.

MWK is only 5% confident that Ballali is dead. I would say that is a “reasonable doubt” about whether he is to be counted among the dead. Ballali had enough time to be lost in the US while getting a new face and make arrangements for a new life. Ballali may or may not be dead, but no one will ever see that familiar, clean-shaven and bespectacled face of his again. That face is either being consumed by the ground, or has been consumed by the furnace of some surgical ward somewhere on mother earth.

Augustine, if its a bitter-pill then I'm sure Jasusi a.k.a Invisible already swallow it!! What a fault they done by only recognized FMES to join their conspiracy team and forget that behind leaving many JF members who's ability to analyze things is unquestionable. The picture is clear that "someone is trying to use them to make JF's members believe Government conspiracy on this fate"!

Have you noted that the source, which claimed to be reliable by FMES, are the one used and supported by both Jasus and Salva (Magogoni)? Unless they tell people the truth Ballali's gost will keepon stinks to them and their families!

The burning question inside Mpanda Merikebu is, why do we waste energy and talent on Ballali who he appears to be just a conduit, or someone who was used/pressured to channel funds to others, while all the recipients, conspirators and thugs using the system are still living lavishly and insult our intelligence by statements such as "vijisenti" or "sina uwezo bali nategemea pensheni"? C'mon people!!! We are better than this.

So, instead of going about finding out whether this man is dead or alive, why can't we just go straight and ask tough questions to the individuals linked to this mess? Don't we all remember when Mama Meghji said she was informed by Mgonja that she was duped by Ballali and what happened? Meghji is gone, Mgonja is still collecting his share of Meremeta. Why didn't Mgonja get the boot as well? This is just a simple example of the big picture we should be looking at. We've seen the list but I think it is unjustifiably unfair for us to talk about Ballali alone while there is at least half a score individuals who should have lion's share of this shameful mess.

I think you are missing my point here. So if the govt silenced Chifupa, what have we done to continue what she had started? And if the govt silenced Ballali, are we just going to sit and do nothing as it was for the case of Chifupa? Tunakuwa tunajisahau kwa jazba ambazo ni kama nguvu ya soda...wakati Chifupa amefariki tulizungumza sana. Baada ya miezi mitatu imekuwa kama tulimsahau. Kwa staili hii, come August we will forget who Ballali was! 🙁

You are wrong there. If Ballali is not dead, then there is a chance that we will get to hear from him, what really happened. But if he is dead, then so is the full story of his involvement at the BoT scam
