Kifo cha kampuni ya mabasi SCANDINAVIA EXPRESS

Jaji Kimaro alisema baada ya kupitia hoja za upande wa mashitaka na upande wa utetezi, amebaini kuwa kuifilisi Kampuni ya Scandinavian si jambo la busara.

Alisema anakubaliana na hoja za mawakili wa upande wa utetezi kuwa kampuni hiyo ina mchango mkubwa kwa uchumi wa taifa.

Alisema inasafirisha abiria zaidi ya 2,000 kila siku kwa kutumia mabasi zaidi ya 80.

Mabasi hayo yanafanya shughuli zake katika eneo lote la Afrika Mashariki hadi katika nchi za Malawi na Zambia.

Kampuni imeajiri wafanyakazi zaidi ya 600; ambao Jaji Kimaro alisema kwa hali ya sasa ya ukosefu wa ajira na ongezeko la uhalifu nchini, kuifilisi ni kuleta matatizo zaidi.

Alisema kampuni inatumia sh 69,343,500 kila mwezi kuwalipa wafanyakazi mishahara.

Hapa naona Mheshimiwa jaji amehukumu kizalendo zaidi ya kisheria. Swali ni je Scandinavia wandaiwa na Shell na je wanaweza kuwalipa baada ya kuwalipa wadeni wengine.

Sasa hiyo miezi tisa ikipita bila makubaliano na hali ya kampuni kuwa mbaya zaidi atafanya nini? Kwa vile mimi si mwanasheria au economist wale wenye uelewa zaidi wa namna suala la kufilisika linavyoshughuliwa Tanzania wanaweza kunisahihisha nilipokosea.

Naomba nitofautiane kidogo. Tatizo la makampuni mengi nyumbani ni management. Hatujaweza bado kuendesha biashara kitaalam. Overhead zetu ni kubwa mno kwa sababu kila mmoja anayehusika na hiyo biashara anataka kutambilika kama tajiri. Bado tunaendesha biashara kijamii. Hatutilii maanani kuwa mikopo inabidi irejeshwe, na irejeshwe na riba. Wengi bado tunaamini kuwa ukiwaweka watu sawa mikopo itapotea..... .

Fundi Mchundo ametoa maelezo mazuri juu ya uendeshaji wa makampuni mengi ya Tz na hasa yale ambayo yamepata mtaji kupitia mikopo ya benki. Kiswele kama alivyokuja kuyaita mabasi yake Kiswele nae alikuwa amekopeshwa na benki na akamua kuanzisha kampuni ya usafiri.

Tatizo lilikuja kwenye utawala wa kampuni hiyo. Kama alivyofafanua Fundi Mchundo. Kiswele baada ya muda alijikuta hawezi tena kuiendesha kampuni hiyo kutokana na kuwa na madeni mengi na kushindwa kuyafanyia matengenezo mabasi yake. Tatizo kubwa lilikuwa ni kushindwa kuwa na mfumo unahohitajika katika kuendesha biashara ya namna ile. Zaidi atazidi kukumbukwa kwa kuajili nduguze ambao walichangia kwa asilimia kubwa kufa kwa kampuni yake.

JOINT RECEIVERS/MANAGERS
A: NOTICE is hereby given to the general public that we, SILVANUI BENEDICT MLOLA and SENI SONGWE MALIMI of KISARIKA, MALIMI & MLOLA (ADVOCATES) were on 26th May, 2009 appointed by NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE LIMITED to be Joint Receivers/Managers of all the assets o SCANDINAVIAN EXPRESS SERVICES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), charged under the Debenture Instrument (hereinafter referred to as “Debenture”) dated l4 May, 2001. Consequent to that, ownership of the Company’s assets now vests in us. We are in the process of taking over physical possession on 3 June, 2009.
B: We further notify the general public and the employees of the Company as follows:-

(a) With effect from the publication of this Notice, no person is allowed to do transactions of whatever nature with the Company except through the Joint Receivers/Managers via the address shown below and through the Company’s address in Dar es Salaam.

(b) This Notice does not terminate any contract of employment between the Company and its employees and all employees of the Company should continue with their duties until notified otherwise.

(C) All creditors of the Company, both secured and unsecured, are required to submit to us particulars of their claims supported fully by documents, so that such claims are received by us not later than 12.00 noon on 3’Pt June, 2009. No further claims will be allowed beyond that date.

(d) All persons, corporate or natural, who hold any property of the Company, must notify us in writing to enable us take possession of such property.

C: This Notice is also a formal announcement that the Company’s assets and business are being offered for sale. An Information Memorandum is under preparation and will be made available in hard and soft form to all interested buyers, together with buying instructions.

Mkuu, inaelekea walikuwa wana madeni makubwa sana. Miaka mingi sasa wameshindwa kurudisha madeni kama mikataba ya mikopo yao ilivyokuwa inataka.

Ukipita pale Pugu Road/Kurasini Garages, kuna baadhi ya mabasi yao pia yamekufa siku nyingi.

Ama kweli vyote ving'aavyo si dhahabu.
 
Du! Ni kati ya mabasi niliyokuwa napenda kusafiri nayo pia kwa huduma ya kutuma mizigo na pesa. Early 2000's walikuwa vizuri kwenye biashara.
Eniwei bado kuna Royal, Dar Expr. et al.
 
Halafu walikuwa on time hata kama wana abiria mmoja! nadhani hili pia lilichangia kuanguka kwa kampuni maana walikuwa wanapata hasara!

Makampuni mengine waliwaangalia tu...sasa makampuni kama Abood, Hood, dar express yapo siku zote mbona hayafilisiki? Au hayakuchukui mikopo?

Belinda ni kweli hawa jamaa walianzia mbali sana. nakumbuka miaka ya 1984/85 tulikuwa tunapanda sanamagari yao weekend tukitokea Kibaha kuwahi Disco la Space 1900 pale Mbowe Hotels.

Mwaka 2004 nilikutana na huyo owner, kulikuwa na mpango wa Scandinavia na mabasi ya Arriva yanayotoa huduma European Countries kufanya project ya pamoja kutoa huduma DSM. Yeye pia lidai alikuwa ametoa proposal serikalini ili afikiriwe kupata support lakini akapigwa Mizengwe.

Miaka hiyo anakwambia alikuwa analeta Marco Polo toka Brazili kila baada ya Miezi miwili, gari moja au mbili . . . .

Sijui sasa itakuwaje. Walijitahidi sana katika Africa mashariki. Ila inamwelekeo kuwa ilikuwa ya Kishow down sana kuliko Kibiashara.

makampuni mengi ya Mabasi hayana maisha marefu. Nikiwa Moshi nakumbuka kulikuwa na Makampuni yalivuma kama Lang'ata, Ngorika, Yellow, TAMT nk. Lakini yote sasa hivi Kwishnei.

Hivi nani mmiliki/wamiliki wa Scandinavian Express? Kuna kipindi nilikua nasikia tetesi kuwa John Momose Cheyo(Mapesa) alikua mmoja wa wamiliki ila sina uhakika.

Ni kweli Mkuu, in fact walianza zamani na walikuwa washindani Kibiashara. Zainabu na Kwacha nadhani zilikufa.
