Those rankers, are not favoring the west against Russia or any country. They are very independent. Why then havent they placed Britain or Germany above Russia if their intentions are belittle the Russian- or any other country the west is in bad terms with- military capabilities? The latest report from the Globalfirepower posted here by MK254 here recently, placed the Russian military at the second place.

Anyway, this, and the other historical arguments u have presented here are irrelevant to my core argument that the Russians have not helped Africa in any meaningful way, except propping up the dictatorial regimes, guilty of gross hunan rights by arming them and vetoing UN resolutions to condemn such regimes.
Atleast the west would chastise such govts, impose sanctions and even depose them.


Compare what Americans and their allies in the west have done for the continent over the years in comparison with the Russians, in terms of health, education, economic development, proper governance and the spread of democracy and all forms of freedoms, science and technology- and, were it not for America in particular, many countries in this continent wouldnt have attained their independence fo date. Go figure!

Kenya is better off allying with the west than with the Russians.

There so many things ambavyo vingewezesha EAC to be “Great Again”, kama ku ban nguo za mitumba, local car manufacturing in EAC (although this was discussed yesterday between Museveni, Ruto and Magufuli), and EPA, Kenyatta ana vutia upande wake, and sometimes for his own personal reasons. The closest thing you can find resemblance to EAC ni EU. If we look at EU wenzetu wamegawana kazi, they might have there own differences, but they know how to go around them. Miradi mikubwa kama Airbus, or European Space agency, mpaka miradi midogo like making wine, whisky or olive oil. Yote hiyo utakuta kila nchi inachangia either technical side or money side. Bora umehitimisha kwa kusema ni your personal view, ni muhimu sana uelewe rais Uhuru alichaguliwa na Wakenya kwenye platform ya kuboresha Kenya kabla hajawaza mataifa ya jirani.
