Naomba unipatie link inayoonyesha mgawanyo wa iliyokua EAC, acha kunionyesha ripoti ya consultant aliyeteuliwa kuja kusimamia hilo zoezi, ninachotaka ni ripoti inayoonyesha kila nchi ilipata kiasi gani?.

Kwa taarifa yako, EAC iliyopita kama ilivyo hii ya sasa, nchi zote zina equal share, equal rights, hakuna mwenye share kubwa wala ndogo. Hata michango ya kila mwaka nchi zote zinachangia sawa sawa.

In January 1965 a committee was appointed to review the constitutional position of the Corporation as a result of independence. As a consequence of its deliberations regarding ownership, the fleet which had hitherto been registered entirely in Kenya, was apportioned as equally as possible between the three countries and re-registered accordingly. In addition, BOAC were asked to relinquish their interest in E.A.A.C. in return for assurances that the £11 million loan made by BOAC in 1959 would be redeemed by 1967-68. In actual fact this target was improved upon and the loan was redeemed by the end of 1966.

All I see hear is in regards to registration of E.A.A fleet and its distribution. Nothing about Tz's(Tanganyika & Zanzibar) acquisition of more than the 9 & 0.7% it owned in E.A.Airways at the beginning. Comprende?

Equitable distribution of fleet through registration. All the credit owed by BOAC fell on Kenya upto the ultimate demise of E.A. Airways. A Total lumpsum of $484.4 Million. Am waiting for evidence of the equitable distribution of ownership and payout to Kenya for its shares. Otherwise, keep on keeping on with your limbless circle jerk. FACT: Tanzania never owned even 10%(Tanganyika 9%, Znz 0.7%) of E.A. Airways, from its conception till its death. Bunch of noisemakers is all you are.
 
And u register those planes to a respective country without owning them!

Ukimyoshea mwenzako kidole Kimoja, vinne hukuangalia wewe. Suali hilo hilo tuwaulize ndugu zetu wa Tanganyika, lilipovunjika shirikikisho la EAC, pesazilizopatikana (Share ya Tanganyika+ Share ya Zanzibar) ndio ilianzishwa BOT. Jee tuulize Zanzibar inalipwa faida kutokana na share yake?

Mjinga kabisa wewe, consultant kazi yake ni kupitia na kutoa ushauri jinsi ya kugawana Mali, ila utekekezaji wake unategemea good will ya politicians. Acha ujinga, lete ripoti au link inayoonyesha kwamba kila nchi ilipata kitu gani, sio kila nchi ilipaswa kupata kitu gani. Hakuna mgawanyo wowote uliofanyika, ndio sababu hadi Leo Tanzania ilichukua majengo yote yaliyokuwa HQ ya EAC, Kenya ilichukua karibu ndege zote, na Uganda haikupata kitu cha maana.

Wewe unajichanganya kwa kuleta East Africa Airways ya mkoloni kabla ya Uhuru iliyoundwa na waingereza bila ridhaa yetu, hiyo haituhusu kwasababu hizo shares ziliamuliwa na Mfalme wa Uingereza, sisi hatukuhusika na hazituhusu.

Huyu jamaa yupo desperate Sana, vipi anazungumzia share za 1945 ambazo wala hatukuziweka sisi waafrika, anashindwa kuzungumzia makubaliano ya 1967 ambapo nchi zote tatu zilikua huru, hataki kupitia hayo makubaliano uliyomuwekea hapo ili aone transfer ya Mali ya mkoloni kuja kwa waafrika ilifanyikaje, bado anazungumzia Mali ya East Africa ya mkoloni hadi Leo.

The one who distributed those shares was king of England, because he was the leader of East Africa territory, not because each country contributed anything. How much these countries contributed in terms of money and assets?.
 
Hivi kwa akili yako ulidhani sielewi very simple and basic thing Kama liquidation?. Any way issue hapa sio liquidation, ni ushahidi kuonyesha kwamba mgawano wa Mali zilizokua za EAC ulifanyika, Tafadhali lete ushahidi unaoonyesha kwamba kitendo cha kugawana Mali kiligokea.

Kumbuka kwamba liquidation ni tukuo la kisheria baada ya ushirikiano kuvunjika kwa sababu yoyote ile. EAC ilivunjika kwa ugomvi na kila nchi kukamata alichokua nacho, hakuna nchi yoyote ile iliyokwenda mahakamani ili kudai haki za kisheria, kama una ushahidi wa liquidation kufanyika Tafadhali tunaomba ushahidi.

Unaumwa, ndio maana hujui tofauti kati ya E.A.A na E.A.C, E.A. Airways na E.A. Community, tuliridhi mashirika haya yote kutoka kwa mkoloni na tukayaendeleza chini ya utawala wa mwafrika mweusi. Kwa nchi kama Tz ambazo bado zinaendeleza mifumo ya kikoloni chini ya katiba za kikoloni, yale yote mliyoyaridhi bado mnayatumia hadi sasa hivi. MaR.C na maD.C, miaka hamsini na sita baada ya kupata uhuru!
Hakuna E.A. Airways wala ndege mpya za baada ya uhuru au baada ya muungano wa Afrika Mashariki.
