Tukitusua, tusikimbie tuwe mentor kwa wengine. Imagine sahihi za utumishi zinafanyika kwa miaka mingi hadi sasa lakini ukitafuta muongozo huwezi kupata isipokuwa huu uzi, hapo ina maanisha watu wakishaingia kwenye mrija wanondoka na kusahau kutoa miongozo kwa wengine. Kwa sisi tuwe tofauti.
Sasahivi nimekuwa expert wa mambo ya PSRS mwanzo mwisho, haya madini sipaswi kupotea nayo itakuwa kosa endapo nikipotea nayo.
