Kwanini Utumishi wanatumia muda mrefu kuita watu kazini?

Hapa ni nyumbani mkuu, siwezi kupasahau. Miongoni mwa watu waliokuwa outstanding hapa ni mimi.

Tumekandwa mara nyingi, tukaja hapa kuelezana, sikukimbia.

Leo hii nimefanya oral yangu ya kwanza na kuhitimisha application zangu za Utumishi kwa mwaka huu.

Tathmini ni kuwa nimepambana sana na kufikia hatua ya mwisho, na kumuachia mwamuzi sasa(placements).

Tukitusua, tusikimbie tuwe mentor kwa wengine. Imagine sahihi za utumishi zinafanyika kwa miaka mingi hadi sasa lakini ukitafuta muongozo huwezi kupata isipokuwa huu uzi, hapo ina maanisha watu wakishaingia kwenye mrija wanondoka na kusahau kutoa miongozo kwa wengine. Kwa sisi tuwe tofauti.

Sasahivi nimekuwa expert wa mambo ya PSRS mwanzo mwisho, haya madini sipaswi kupotea nayo itakuwa kosa endapo nikipotea nayo.

Hata mimi nikitoboa,nitakuwa natoa darasa la kuwakanda Utumishi.Nauli zetu na hela za gest zinauma sana jamani....
