Tanzania kila kitu kinajengwa kutokana na mahitaji, hapo chini nimeambatanisha vituo vilivyojengwa na mjerumani zaidi ya miaka 110 iliyopita.
Have you seen the Dar es Salaam main station?
Bongo huku chini ya ccm hua ni upuuzi tu wanaofanya hakuna kitu, yaani hata aibu hatuna ya kujilinganisha na Kenya wakati ukichukua uchumi wa nchi zote EAC combined hatufikii Kenya sijui hi jeuri wabongo wanatoa wapiThose shanties next to 'Pugu station' represent 90% of all Tanzanian houses.
Tanzanians keeps reminding us about Kibera, but they ignore the fact that Kibera takes up like 1% of Nairobi area.
Meanwhile nearly every house in Dar and Tanzania in general looks like that.

Ukweli ni kwamba hakuna station hata moja itakua Kama render zinavyoonesha, pesa tu ya kujengea reli ni ya kustrugle sembuse fancy stationsIt's good I have found the renders. As from the pictures you can all see that PUGU station render is completely different from the actual stationView attachment 1045880

Most of these houses were built nearly 40 years ago (in 70's)! If you want to see ultra modern Dar Es Salaam, come and I will take you to places and see the typical modern houses...Those shanties next to 'Pugu station' represent 90% of all Tanzanian houses.

A railway station is not a dormitory where you expect people to sleep there. Its a place to wait for a locomotive to arrive, embark and leave. So you dont need such a big buiding on places where its not a terminal place...Hello dear friends from the South, with all the noise you made you are still ending up building these things? The first one is PUGU and the second one is SOGAView attachment 1045491View attachment 1045494

Nairobi existed 40 yrs ago. But people were not living on houses like that found in Dar. It was mud houses so those houses did not survive forty years later like ones in Dar!Are you saying that Nairobi did not exist 40 years ago?
How comes most of Nairobi has modern structures while most of Dar looks like that?
Typical houses in Nby in 70's...Very ugly houses. Are these in dar?
Ni kweli kabisa tunajenga hovyo sana, hapa nyumba kali ya kisasa ila imezungukwa na vibanda umiza hivyo inakosa uthamani wake, na ndivyo itavyokuwa kwenye hii project along the line esp Dar area mandhari haitaivutia otherwise kuje program ya maboresho majengo kama ya Rwanda no kuezeka nyasiThose shanties next to 'Pugu station' represent 90% of all Tanzanian houses.

Rafiki kuna kosa tumefanya eg hapo Soga in ten years to come patakuwa mji mkubwa sana kutokana na viwanda vinavyozidi kusogea plus uwepo wa hii reli, huku bongo tuna ugonjwa wa kujenga na kubomoa baada ya two years ref brt roads ubongo, brt next phase kilwa road itavunjwa tena baada ya kurudiwa kujengwa mara kadhaamoney is a scarce resource, instead of wasting it on useless extravagnat SGR station in the middle of the wilderness Tz uses that money to up the game in technology and efficiency...simple
Na hzo stations zitaisha chart haraka sana wakati station za Mjerumani hadi leo zinavutia ref Ujiji, ile ya Dom, Dar baada ya miaka kibao kujengwaTo end this debate, it's a fact that the Tanzanian stations have functional design, while the kenyans built theirs shiny to give a face to their stone-age SGR.
Anyone who has visited Europe, especially Scandinavia will notice that they have the same practical mindset where form follows function when designing and building infrastructure! This leads to more efficient use of resources as well as a practical and durable end product.
Ndo nilichokua nasema huku Tzn mambo mengi yanafanyika kipuuz puuz tu wanasiasa wasiojielewa afu wakenya wanapotuambia ukweli humu wanaojiita wazalendo punguani akina icho & co.badala ya kujibu hoja wanaishia kutukana tuNa hzo stations zitaisha chart haraka sana wakati station za Mjerumani hadi leo zinavutia ref Ujiji, ile ya Dom, Dar baada ya miaka kibao kujengwa
