Lakini nachelea kuona ushabiki wa kijinga kwenye nani anajenga jengo refu kuliko mwenzie.. by the time hilo jengo lipo nusu probably South Africa watakuwa na wao wame announce jengo refu kuliko hilo..

Sasa kama competitive edge ya hilo jengo ni kuwa refu kuliko yote basi inakuwa imepotea.. inaishia kuwa jengo refu la kawaida tu na sio refu Africa..

Ndo maana nikasema kama hayo majengo hayasaidii kuondoa adha ya makazi kwa watu masikini wa mijini hamna chochote kipya..

Dubai skyline how is it helping people living in Dubai??? tumia akili...skyline and qulity of life....hizi ni vitu mbili tofauti...skyline na quality of life are two completely different things...ikija kwa quality of life, that is where nyumba nzuri za bei rahisi zinahitajika kusaidia wakenya wanaoishi ktk mabanda na mijengo mibovu...affordable hpusing is needed hatujakataa ila kwa skyline, tunakimbiza Johannesburg na Cairo
