Pia mjadala wowote wa kisheria ni vizuri ukawekwa hapa ili tuwekane sawa.

You must lodge for a certificate of delay with the registrar of the Court. This Certificate will act as a shield against requirements of lodging your appeal within a prescribed period of time. I have hereunder attached five decided cases concerning he issue for further reference.

Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code provides a room for a court on its own motion or by application of the parties to amend clerical or arithmetical errors. Hopefully, the above named provision will be so helpful to you.

You mean Public Service (Tanzania Foreign Service) Regulations, 2016. G/N. 273 of 30/9/2016? Being more specific will be more useful.
