Nimepata copy judgement ambayo ime contain errors (majina ya parties yamekosewa) najua njia ya ku cure hyo nikupeleka application yakuomba hzo errors zirekebishwe .
Sasa my concern ni kwenye time, je huu mda wakusikiliza hii application na mpaka judgement clear itoke utakuwa excluded nitakapo taka ku appeal( as per section 22 of The of Limitation Act)?
Naomba na backup ya authority kwenye swala hilo.

Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code provides a room for a court on its own motion or by application of the parties to amend clerical or arithmetical errors. Hopefully, the above named provision will be so helpful to you.Salaam wasomi,
