1: Mombasa Gate Bridge is a signed deal. The financial instruments have been availed and contracts drawn up, the designs are ready and Mombasa is on course to cement its role as Africa’s premier port city for years to come.

2: The investments on the island go beyond the bridge; they are a multi-faceted investments in the infrastructure and the economy of the metro as a whole.

As a matter of fact, Kenya is investing heavily in Mombasa and these investments surpass those being made in any other coastal city on the eastern seaboard

Si lazima! Design huwa tofauti sidhani creativity means copying! That's a 3.2 km 6 lanes plus pedestrian lanes on both sides bridge! Angalia la Likoni 4 lanes. I tend to differ on this! It's design is unique! And at a cost of $265mln, it meets what Mwanza needs! BTW the Mozambique one is suspension bridge!
