Steven Gerrard has confirmed that he will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season to play for the Los Angeles Galaxy in the MLS.

​​According to a report in Diario AS one of those players is now confirmed. Fernando Torres is currently at Atletico Madrid but had an excellent time at Liverpool earlier in his career. He left the club in 2011 for Chelsea.
He is not the only big name invited by Liverpool captain. Luis Suarez and Javier Mascherano have both been invited as have Bayern Munich duo Pepe Reina and Xabi Alonso.

​The game is due to take place during the international break on March 29, and AS claims Gerrard has been calling former team-mates across Europe to get them involved.

​Real Madrid right back, Alvaro Arbeloa is also expected to join the Spanish contingent for a Liverpool return at the end of next month.

Binafsi, sijawahi hata siku moja kupoteza imani kwa BR this season. Not after transforming our team into an entertaining outfit, needless to mention our colourful last season.

What has happened early this season to BR used to happen countless times with Fergie back then - the only difference is that Fergie had those top players at his disposal to bail him out much earlier in the season.

So, kinachokosekana kwa LFC ni serious involvement ya FSG kwenye LFC football affairs. We need top top top players on the planet kama tunataka kupata any silverware....and this is not up to BR. Seriously.

Spend £200m on:
a top GK
2 top CBs
2 top CMs
1.5 top strikers

.....and don't forget to pay them handsomely. Refer ManCity & Chelsea...

Kikosi kilichopo sasa is a bunch of average charges....we can't win anything with it. Ask Wenger.
