Dont get me wrong, bado naamini kuwa Erik ni very good coach, but kwasada his reputation has been damaged.
The ocassion & pressure ya kufundisha Utd ambayo ilikuwa inahitajika kurudi katika its best level & shape, got to him na aka-fail ku-cope na standards/demands za kuwa Utd manager, its not kuwa he was not good enough kuwa Utd coach, NO, HE WAS MORE THAN GOOD ENOUGH, he had better stats & trajectoy kuliko Slot wakati anaenda Utd kutokea Ajax, BUT alivyofika Utd, aliruhusu pressure & ocassion to get the best out of him, unakumbuka kuna baadhi ya games alipata results mbovu mfululizo, & akaamua ku-abandon kabla his style of play ambayo ilimpa mafanikio makubwa sana all over ulaya, na baada ikawa tabu kwake ku-print new style of play kwa his players, katika kutafuta new commandible style of play, akajikuta anazama kwenye dimbwi la tactical-frailties, na ukifika kwenye hii hatua, unakuwa huelewi unachokitafuta kwenye market, especially kwa scouts, na pia unaanza kukataliwa kwa vitendo na senior players, na kwa Erik ambaye he's not a good talker, motivator & man to man manager, inakuwa mgumu kui-control dressing room, at the end he lost the players, bar Martinez, Garnacho, Mainoo, Dalot and his recent additions window iliyopita, sidhani kama senior players kina Fernandes, Rashford, Casemiro, Etc were playing for him, na hii ina-affect the whole dressing room.

Suala la kuwa tactical insights zimeongezeka ni kweli, but msimu uliopita tuli-fall apart April (dakika za mwisho), tulikuwa kwenye title race, huku tuki-miss, kwa muda mkubwa uwepo wa kina Salah, Trent, Konate, Robertson, Kostas, Diaz, Gakpo, Jota, Szobo etc, kocha gani anaweza fanya hivyo? katika hizo previous seasons, kuna kipindi we were just 2 results away from winning the QAD, tuache revisionism, kisa tu Slot is doing good, na asingekuwa anafanya vizuri in the first place, bila la mazingira mazuri aliochiwa na Klopp, players wote hawa wanaompa matokeo week in, week out, ni wa Klopp, and Slot is always thanksful kwa hilo, angeweza kuja na kuwakuta kina finished Henderson/Fabinho/Mane/Firmino etc, but kakuta flesh players with flesh legs.
You can praise Slot bila kujaribu ku-look down on a manager who got us back to the top level.
Kuna tactical deficits nyingi sana kwenye game ya Slot, but huwezi kuwa NAIVE na kuanza kuzi-outline wakati anapata results na ukichukulia ni msimu wake wa kwanza, na hata kama angeanza vibaya angekuwa na support yangu, hao wanamsifia Slot now ndiyo wangekuwa wakwanza kumponda kama ange-fail, na huyo Raj Chohan na wafuasi wake wote, hakuna hata mmoja aliyekuwa anamtaka Slot, wote hao.

Kwenye mpira kuna mambo mengi sana yanafanyika ili timu iwe na ushindi.
Kuna moments mbili within the match;

Lakini bro it hard to speak about Slot without name Klopp, ni ngumu sana. After this season Slot ataanza kujitegemea mwenyewe its a nature.
Hivi umewaza kocha atakaye mrithi Pep itakuwaje? It will be Pap vs his successor, remember after Sir Fergie it was Moyes vs Fergie.
Hizi mbona mbona kukwepa ni ngumu but i agree with you.
Wengi hatukufikiri kama Slot atakuwa anachokifanya, but i agreed with that i expected nothing from, presence ya kubadili tu kocha ilibidi nikubaliane nayo why,? A world class coach like Klopp akikuambia im no more you have to accept him, kama Pep anavyowaambia City im no more you have to accept his decision.
After watching Slot’s pre season, niliona he has something we needed, 1 double pivot, kama Fabinho angepata hii system ya double pivot huenda tungekuwa naye till to date, how calm he is kwenye kutafuta ushindi , and jinsi alivyo mnyumbulikaji vs opponent ilinipa kuamini we are on the right track.
Game vs Arsenal’s preseason kama sijakosea, he used double 10 kwa sababu hakua na natural ST. Hii inakupa pic ni jinsi gani coach unapaswa kuishi na ulichonacho in term haujapata unayemtaka kwa factors kadhaa.
