Nia nzuri haiji kwa matamko kutoka kwa mtu mmoja tu. Akidondoka muda wowote nchi nzima inarudi kuwa uwanja wa fujo. The only way ya yeye kuonyesha nia nzuri aliyonayo ni kuiweka kimaandishi i.e katiba mpya na kutenda haki kwa wote. Hii ya kujifanya kuwa ni yeye peke yake ndio msema kweli haitatufikisha popote. Kama Taifa, tunaelekea kubaya.

To me we have hit a communication barrier due to our differences in perception of the subject matter.

There are so many documents out there you could have read at least to be on the same page; either you agree or disagree at least brings the necessary logic in your argument. No one said people are the same or all leader use the same leadership style but that does not eliminate the general competences requirement of their positions.

To understand the argument inategemea na level yako ya technical ability kwenye hoja husika kama wewe unaona ni personal attacks fine. Lakini watu wanaweza pima uwezo na kasoro ya timu nzima iliyo kwa magufuli kwa kuangalia matendo yake publicly na speech zake based on expected competences at that level.

Haha, I just mentioned leadership journal as a joke. I Want to agree with you on the competence side but I just keep stopping myself halfway. The reason is, if we judge the president competence as a person it might not get us anywhere, we have to judge the whole team, the whole presidency. Yes, some president walk into the office with a bag full of ideas, but its up the technical team to streamline them and make them walkable. Sasa about the way he conduct himself in public, sometimes can lead you in to wrong judgment of a person characters. You might judge me from my writing here but that might give a wrong impression about me. Waswahili wanasema "umzaniavyo, sivyo".
