There are so many documents out there you could have read at least to be on the same page; either you agree or disagree at least brings the necessary logic in your argument. No one said people are the same or all leader use the same leadership style but that does not eliminate the general competences requirement of their positions.

Haha, I just mentioned leadership journal as a joke. I Want to agree with you on the competence side but I just keep stopping myself halfway. The reason is, if we judge the president competence as a person it might not get us anywhere, we have to judge the whole team, the whole presidency. One expects the president to demonstrate level five skills, they are observable, they can tell people a lot and finally I too think Magufuli was the right choice but that doesn't stop me from criticising and overtime I tend to be right.
