A piece of advice for you....!
Come to think of this you read and revise from morning to evening and when exams come you manage to get only 1 point. Same case applies to Arsenal it doesnt matter how well you play but how well you end it. History will not say that you played good beautiful but rather that you lost. In the same line of thinking being a champion cant only be determined by beating Manutd/Arsenal home away, but being consistence in ur results from August to May the next year!

Rooney refutes dive claims

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has denied suggestions that he is a diver after it was alleged that he deceived the referee to win a penalty in Saturday's 2-1 victory against Arsenal.
The 23-year-old England international appeared to already be heading to the ground when Gunners goalkeeper Manuel Almunia upended him during the action-packed Old Trafford encounter.

However, the former Everton star said in the build-up to England's friendly international against Slovenia: "Everyone who watches me play knows I'm an honest player.
"I play the game as honestly as I can. If the referee gives a penalty there's nothing you can do. It's a penalty.
"If they want to take punishment further it's down to UEFA and the people who run the game. As players you just want to play.
"Diving has been in the game for years. Probably the coverage the game gets now, with all the cameras around, it gets highlighted a bit more. But it hasn't got any worse.
"You see some that shouldn't have been penalties but get given and others that are clear and don't. The decisions are down to the referee. It's a difficult job but they do the best they can."

Manchester United could be the next club hit with a transfer ban after being accused of snatching another young French star from his club.

FIFA are investigating allegations made by Le Havre that the Barclays Premier League champions offered cash to France Under 16 captain Paul Pogba to lure him to Old Trafford.

United argue that Pogba was not under contract with the French club when he signed for United in July. Le Havre claim otherwise and have lodged a complaint with FIFA.

A statement from Le Havre said: ‘United offered very high sums of money to the parents with the aim of obtaining the transfer of their son.

‘At a time when parties are speaking out against the "trading of minors", Manchester United does not hesitate to uproot a 16-year-old kid.'
Le Havre managing director Alain Belsoeur claims to have documentation showing United offered inducements for Pogba to join them and has vowed to include it in submissions to the world's governing body.

'We are still pursuing our case,' he said. 'It is a very serious case. We are confident that we'll win because it is in the best interests not just of our club but of sport.

'We spend five million euros [about £4.3million] on our academy every year out of a turnover of 12 million euros. It is a huge investment.

'We do that to give a chance to our players to develop for our first team, not to be an academy for others. What is the point of investing in an academy if the players leave at 16? This is clearly a message from FIFA to protect the education system.'


United deny the allegations. A club spokesman said: ‘It is complete nonsense. Everything has been done within FIFA guidelines.'
