Makonda is the DSM Regional Commissioner. He meets and shakes the hands of countless people on a daily basis.

Don't flatter youselves. Anil shaking Makonda's hand was for his (Anil's) notoriety, not Makonda's. In a larger scheme of things neither Anil nor Mange amount to much.

What miffs Mange and her fan club is to see her very own flesh and blood accepting the fine leadership of Makonda, her arch-enemy.

Mange wants to bring chaos in the country. TZ govt cannot sit idle and let her be used by washed-up political parties the likes of CDM to wreck havoc.
