Which law school teaches you that it’s okay to jumble up a bunch of words like that so long as they are often used in legalese?
Most law schools I know teach you how to use proper diction.
Proper diction will avail you the opportunity to effectuate your client’s wishes.
They don’t teach that at the law school of Tanzania [or whatever the hell it’s called]?

I am not sure if you stepped in class to study legal language. You always criticize legal language comparing with your plain language the thing which is quite different. In law we study different language than the one you are conversant.Wow!
