Maoni ya Mwanasheria kuhusu kufungiwa kwa Diamond Platnumz na Rayvanny

No sir!

You can’t excuse poor grammar for legalese.

Which law school teaches you that it’s okay to jumble up a bunch of words like that so long as they are often used in legalese?

Most law schools I know teach you how to use proper diction.

Proper diction will avail you the opportunity to effectuate your client’s wishes.

They don’t teach that at the law school of Tanzania [or whatever the hell it’s called]?
Unapendaga kujifanya mjuaji sana ww kiazi....you are layman...to legal profession tek that to your wallet...stupid

Bunch of words? Unafikiri legal language ni vocabularies pekee? What about syntax? Semantics? Morphology?.

Hivi huoni aibu kukosoa kitu ambacho hukijui?

Wow!

That ‘Shakespearean’ English is impressive teh teh teh!
I am not sure if you stepped in class to study legal language. You always criticize legal language comparing with your plain language the thing which is quite different. In law we study different language than the one you are conversant.

Dude, do you know my educational background or you’re just blabbering?

I used the word ‘grammar’ up there which does encompass those other subsets that you mentioned.

That’s exhibit number one that you are in over your head.

Technical language can still be grammatically correct. No exceptions.

Bwa ha ha ha!!

What language do you use to study law?

Why then did the Chief Justice lament about the lack of proficiency in English amongst lawyers?

You people are hilariously dumb!!!

Hahaha nadhani hatuelewani, hivi wapi nimesema wanasheria wote wapo vizuri kwenye lugha? Rejea kuanzia kule juu nimeshasema siyo wanasheria tu ni watanzania wote hiyo lugha inatupiga chenga.

Tatizo langu ni viherehere kama nyie ambao hamuijui legal English kuwa wakosoaji wa legal language. Haya leo unasema huoni tofauti kati ya grammar ya legal language na plain language? Legal English has traditionally been a special variety of English. Mysterious in form and expression, it is larded with law-Latin and Norman-French, heavily dependent on the past, and unashamedly archaic. Antiquated words flourish words such as herein, therein, whereas, wherefore— words long lost to everyday language. A spurious sense of precision is conjured through liberal use of jargon and stilted formalism: the said, aforesaid, the same, such (used as an adjective). Oddities abound: for example, oath swearers do not believe something, they verily believe it; parties do not wish something, they are desirous of it; the clearest photocopy only purports to be a copy; and so on. All this and much more from a profession which regards itself as learned.

Below is the quoted legal language and please show me if it is following the principle of grammar you are preaching

'[The tenant shall] when where and so often as occasion requires well and sufficiently ... repair renew rebuild uphold support sustain maintain pave purge scour cleanse glaze empty amend and keep the premises and every part thereof... and all floors walls columns roofs canopies lifts and escalators ... shafts stairways fences pavements forecourts drains sewers ducts flues conduits wires cables gutters soil and other pipes tanks cisterns pumps and other water and sanitary apparatus thereon with all needful and necessary amendments whatsoever ...'.
